Good location if you need to be close to the airport. Friendly staff; they fetched us dinner despite the fact that the restaurant was already closed. The design of the rooms was very outdated. It was so retro that it was almost interesting.

It was nearer to the place we visited outside environmental was good. We booked Boksburg hotel when we arrived it is no longer Boksburg. The must change the even in booking.com

The breakfast was amazing and affordable,the stuff was really nice ,since we couldn't walk all the way upstairs they got us a room downstairs which was really nice

The breakfast was okay, some of the the dishes prepared was burnt. The location was good. However the hotel was busy with paving of their reception area, which made access to the reception difficult. I was not sure if the hotel served supper, so I ordered every night. I locked the room the first day and went to work, when I returned the unit was left unlocked with my personal belongings left unsecure - after the room was cleaned. The bar fridge in the unit didnt work. The lamp shades did not have any globes. I had such a terrible headache on the first night and as there are no phones in the rooms, I called the reception who could not help me or even point me to a p[lace where I could get medication

The room was amazing and staff was very friendly. The place is refreshing. I love the trees and views from my room. I booked Boksburg hotel and found myself at Airport Boutique Gardens. The pictures on Booking.com are of a different place. That was confusing. The name on Booking.com should change to the actual name of the place. During check-in I stayed at reception for a while because they couldn't find my booking ? ?. I couldn't iron my clothes because I was told there were two irons in the entire hotel and I found that weird. Food was cooked in another hotel and has to be booked to be available. All in all I think maybe because the place was going through renovations it wasn't ready to have guests.
