Very nice hotel. Big rooms. Good restaurant. Good place for overnight airport transfer. Fenced guarded parking. Further from the airport than expected.

It was average! Quite far from the airport. Small shuttle bus so if there were a lot of people some would have missed it. Asked for a wake up call three times when we checked in and never received it. Luckily we woke up ourselves in time. Never got an apology from the night clerk who we had asked to put us on the list for a wake up call.

Too loud. Other guests and staff painting right outside our door early in the morning. Housekeeping was knocking at the door before 8am and actually opened the door.

The shuttle is great, but it only runs once an hour. It would be nice if it ran every half hour.

The staff were very friendly and everything is clean. Older building with need of some renovation.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back was very convenient and timely. There is also a nice mall near the hotel that has restaurants, and grocery store, and various shops like Cape Union Mart. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a wide variety of foods. Due to safety concerns, we weren't able to walk to the mall even though it was so close. The hotel arranged a taxi, which was nice. Hotel can't control the area, but unfortunately, it seems that the location isn't the best in that regard.

Being close to the airport was very helpful for forgetting to the places I wanted to go in South Africa. The bathroom had a silverfish (insect) in the bathtub when I arrived, which was a bit disconcerting. This may be unavoidable.

Breakfast was very good. Silent room, comfortable bed, normal bathroom. Staff was nice, Elevator was not working.

Proximity to many amenities The service from the receptionist who said to me that, she was too busy doing the filing to take bookings.

It was great having free scheduled Shuttle bus. And there was a possibility to use bathroom/shower facilities even after check out.
