The receptionist was very kind, polite, and welcoming. She answered all of my questions and helped me with every request. Everything was organized and well managed. I had a pleasant stay.

It’s a basically a motel at the gas station. The cleanliness is questionable, but I said ok, one night I’ll survive despite seeing some kind of a cockroach in the bathroom, all the dust etc as I am really not a complicated person. I forgot the electric brush worth 200euro when I left, but ‘it slipped their minds’ to inform me about it and since I was on the way and got to them two days two late ‘it was no longer in their posession’.. Because you just throw away 200e worth of something and ‘forget about it’, sure.

The hotel was one of the cheapest available in the area. The staff was lovely and the check in and check out with a code was a good way of doing things. I liked getting coffee at the café downstairs. The location is next to an auto repair shop and above a restaurant. The hallway of the rooms leads to a smoking terrace, which makes a lot of noise when the door is being opened. Difficult to figure out the AC remote leading me to being too cold or too warm. The bathroom was outdated with black mold around the window on the ceiling.

Firm bed, 2 pillows each, clean room Unacceptable noise levels throughout the night. Our room was positioned between two inconsiderate guests: one with construction workers blaring their TV until 3am, and another screaming and shouting until 1am. We received zero response from staff despite the disturbance. Completely unable to sleep till morning. Would not recommend.

Good collabiration, understanding, reactive. Close to the Bologna Centrale train station and also close to the Marconi Express Stazione Lazzaretto (20min) to take the monorail to the airport. Also the room was clean, hot water, clean towels, it was more than enough for a short sleep before going to the airport. Far from city centre, but close to the Bologna Centrale train station and also close to the Marconi Express Stazione Lazzaretto (20min) to take the monorail to the airport.
