The hotel is located in a quiet area, with a bus stop almost in front of the building and easy access to the city center. Breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of food. A small suggestion would be to offer complimentary coffee alongside the tea, at the tea station on the guest floors. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend this hotel.

Not much. Though the room was clean and they changed our towels every day, and we had free parking space. Oh, where to start. First of all I don't know in which universe this hotel would get 4*. The actual number of stars basically are between 2 or 3. Don't be fooled by the photos as the rooms doesn't look anything like it. When you enter a room you then figure out that the hotel is basically built maybe 90s and never ever renovated since. Rooms are small, not even close to the what four-star hotel should actually offer. Also be aware, in shower you get only the shower head hanging from above and if you are a woman then you will be hard to shower without wetting your hair. Of course you can use a shower cap but yeah that's still inconvenient. The breakfast is very poor although you do have some things to eat but not even close to the buffet of the four star hotel. Luckily there is a small pizza place few meters from the hotel where you can actually eat, especially for dinner because the prices are decent . If you ask me would I recommend this hotel to any of my friends my answer is no, couse it doesn't worth the money.

Poor breakfast. I asked for fried eggs or omelette and they said is not available.

Constant noise during the night, the lights were noisy, the fridge was noisy, the hvac was noisy, like all of them were buzzing. The shower has no shower "telephone", only upper rain shower, the breakfast was light (only boiled eggs, little ham and little chese), and a lot of butter and jam. Only coffe and odange juice for free, anything else had to be paid

Not much choice for breakfast. Located at the area where there are not many shops and eatery places. The receptionist was very helpful in booking the taxi

A very nice place overall. Very comfortable parking, public transport to the city centre just a 2 minute walk away. The room was very clean and well prepared, they also gave us a baby crib. The bed was big and comfortable, enough space for a baby to fit in the middle. The breakfast was good, offering diverse choice. The coffee was not good.

The room wasn't particularly clean, the atmosphere of the hotel wasn't happy or inviting.
-
The pillows are not good, and the shower could use some grout cleaning. The staff, location, and price make it a good stay.

breakfast was basic but good. Room was clean, baby cot/crib provided with some teddys/toys which was a nice touch. location was a bit of walk from the train station, but not too far.

No mobile shower head

Clean rooms and good breakfast.

Near to the airport, big room and all the facilities were fine. The heat was working nonstop even if I was closing the remote. Also the mattress was not soft.
-
The room was comfortable and big enough, with a large bed with a comfortable mattress. The location is a bit out of the center, but still in walking distance (30 minutes) and also train station is in walking distance (20 minutes). The staff is friendly. The hotel is not the newest, but the rooms are clean and perfect for traveling for work. The coffee machine was out of order, but there was a possibility to order coffee to the staff. Breakfast was very simple, but enough good for a day start. A/C was loud when automatically started from time to time.

Staff was very kind and room was clean and cozy. Only two cereal options, yogurt was in small plastic containers (instead of replenishable) and fruit salad was not fresh but syrupy/artificial.

The room, the breakfast, position, the staff,,, everything was gorgeous, I will back here.

Staff were super friendly and definitely the selling point of the hotel, especially in the breakfast room. Met with lots of smiles and and cheerful conversations. Rooms and hallways all clean and tidy. Top marks for cleanliness. The bed was very uncomfortable, left us waking up feeling achey. Shower had a crack in the base and went from hot to cold and back to very hot, like the temperature control was set up very well
