The location is perfectly close to the historival centre, jist a 10 minute easy walk to the towers and piazza maggiore. Within the limited traffic zone, therefore quier environment. Easy access to public transport to various destinations. Also a 15 to 20 minute walk to the central train station. Staff was realy warm and helpful. Not much.

Great location in the main street of Bologna. Very helpful staff at the reception. The room looked like the photos and had everything you need for a short stay. Very spacious and comfortable. It shares a reception desk with another hotel so often not as easy to communicate- best to just arrive at property and ask at the reception desk if you need anything. It can be very noisy as is on a main street and room shares a corridor with other rooms.

excellent location, large comfy room. we didn’t have a room on suite but did have our own bathroom across the corridor. not ideal but perfectly acceptable. the location of the hotel more than made up for this minor inconvenience.

Extremely friendly staff, we had some problems with our trains and our arrival got delayed past the check-in time; we called and they were super nice, telling us in perfect English there was no problem and that they would wait for us. The room was super clean, with daily cleaning. The shower was renovated and worked perfectly well. It was a nice surprise that the place was a bed and breakfast and we didn't know! Breakfast included a selection of bakery and bottled juices, as well as marmalade and butter -nothing out of the extraordinary but still a nice surprise. The beds were very comfortable, and the room included hairdryer, a small fridge, complimentary tea and coffee and a small security box, as well as a regular TV. The location was excellent, and we were allowed to leave our luggage in the facility after checkout.

Everything was great! Spacious and very clean room. The lady receptionist was so accommodating and helpful. The hotel was practically a stone throw away from Piazza Maggiore where you'll find several cafes, bistros, shops in the area. Entry pass to the historical centre with a private vehicle can be arranged thru the reception for a daily (24hrs) rate of 9€ that is inclusive of parking within the vicinity. Wifi is fast plus there's complimentary hot beverages of your choice at the vending machine as well as some fruits and pastries. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! BTW, we forgot some personal items in the room and they promised to arrange for them to be forwarded to us at home in Vienna thru their local courier..??? None to dislike!

Good locality in city center Super noisy room, even when windows was closed and right next to elevator = noice from inside the house and from the street as well.
