The place is great! There is a really nice shared area where you can just sit ane chill and they will serve you some items to have for breakfast. The host was super kind and professional. The location is the best you can have in Bologna.

Nothing - EXTRA PAYMENT FOR 2 NIGHTS IS 43.2 EUROS. - only COLD FREEZING water. - coudnt take the shower - No internet - NO HEATING - at night it was 0 degrees. - For BREAKFAST was nothing. One piece of bread and choco musli. - Spiders on the ceiling, everywhere. - NO main LIGHT on the ceiling, didnt work.

The room i stayed in had an overwhelming stench of dirty laundry/feet. I had to leave the window open all night while it was 2°C out to try to remove the stench

It was a really lovely stay in Bologna. It is so close to everything, incredibly convenient and the hotel itself feels like a cozy apartment where you get to wind down after a day of exploring the city.

If you well communicated with property owner ahead, you will enjoy the accommodation with classic decoration

The location was excellent. The bathroom was dirty. I cleaned it with my Clorox wipes. The shower was disgusting.

Location I was coming to do a property inspection for sending my clients to this accommodation. As I was unable to come myself, I took a chance and sent a client to try it out. Here are their comments: despite asking for shampoo- they did not provide. There were bottles but they were empty. There was no hot water the whole stay. The food for breakfast, including the bread, was the exact same this morning as when we arrived two days previous. The more time we spent the more dirt we noticed. We would recommend to not send your people there. All the parking places he gave us turned out to be full. Despite paying for parking and checking with a couple of polizia who were standing nearby the parking who told us we could stay in that lot until 9 am - when we got there the next morning at 8am the car had been towed. Communications were poor and no one present to give advice

Location We arrived 30 minutes after check in was available, and couldn’t get in with the instructions as the door did not work. Then when we finally came in, the staff who was supposed to be there 45 minutes earlier still wasn’t there. When he finally arrived, he still had to go and clean the rooms from when the last guests were there, so we had to check in 2 hours later than planned, he then preceded to give us the wrong code for the door.

The bathroom could be renovated and the room felt very dusty

Great location, with very helpful and friendly staff. The interior has a beautiful vintage feel and an authentic Italian vibe. If you're unfamiliar with the B&B concept, as I was, the shared spaces may feel a bit crowded, and cleanliness could be improved. Still, the experience is pleasant and offers a distinctive alternative to traditional stays.

Despite the lovely location there is very little to like about this place. It's "pretty facade" hides a myriad of issues. The breakfast was poor for Italian standards. The milk in the fridge was rancid when poured, which was terrible and the poor lady next to us had to throw our her cereal. The food choices were poor with everything pre-packaged and full of sugar. No healthy options. The only coffee available was cheap supermarket brand powdered coffee or supermarket brand teabags. One couple staying at the same time as us, went to a local bar for breakfast, as they were so upset that there was no coffee. There are no staff to receive you, so you are "checked in" remotely and only receive codes and videos via whatsapp to guide you to your room. If you have no WhatsApp then you are in trouble. Also despite them sending us 4 different WhatsApp numbers we couldn't reach anyone for the first hour whilst standing outside in the street. The check in time at 14:00 was not honoured by the owner and we waited outside in the street with another guest, for almost an hour to be let inside, well after check in time. We were told by the cafe next to the building that one American lady had been left waiting 6 hours to check in. The cell reception was poor inside, so we couldn't watch the instructions videos sent to us, until we could use the wifi. It was incredibly frustrating for everyone. Every guest we spoke to had complaints. When I eventually spoke to the owner, he said that there was a cleaning fee on top of what we had already paid to Booking.com but when we eventually achieved access to our room, the bathroom was filthy and there were no towels. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned for our arrival. The owner sent a very young cleaner a couple of hours later, who spent an hour cleaning our bathroom, whilst we had to sit on our beds and wait. We were exhausted after having travelled 24 hours and this was no way to start our time in Italy. I have never been disappointed by anything in Italy in almost 50 years of travel but this place was a massive disappointment in every aspect. Such a shame considering their lovely location!

the place is really nice like a set from a movie, just details not major things

The location is amazing. Breakfast was mediocre. Room had no shower products and check in was challenging with poor communication and did not match the instructions sent through. Bathroom was not particularly clean which is disappointing when you get charged an additional €10/night cleaning fee

We had a lot of problems to contact anyone to be able to check in. Finally some other guests gave us the correct number for WhatsApp. The bathroom shower was a handheld showerhead in a bath tub in the shared bathroom. Could have been cleaner.
