Clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, easy keyless entrance, there is lift available. For B&B we expected at least minimal breakfast. It is a overpriced.

Excellent location for the city Centre but 20 min walk to the train station. It seems clean but not that much.

Fantastic location, minutes away from most of the major sights in Bologna. Staff was great. Stayed in contact to make sure we had a pleasant stay and helped us book a taxi to the airport. Since we had an early flight, we needed to get up early. Had a hard time getting sleep as the area is pretty loud. Not the hotel's fault by any means.

Central location, near to the Piazza Maggiore, restaurants and Bologna train station. Easy access to the building, via application. We were able to leave our luggage after check out. I recommend it to everyone for a short stay!

Location was good. Room was enough. It was a little bit hard to find the entrance.

Good location. Originally we didn’t really follow/understand how we were going to access the property however it was exactly as explained. Just a very unique use of technology. You must have a cell phone with data to access it.

Location - central but calm. Coffee set-up so-so, coffee machine not clean. Room lacking comfortable chair and desk or table.

The location near Piazza Maggiore was excellent. The self check in was easy but you do need cell coverage to activate the door. Francesca was very clear with communications and gave us good suggestions for a restaurant for dinner (San Pietro) and activities we might want to do. We only had one day in Bologna and this excellent location and great host made it special. Parking in this area is difficult. Francesca let us know which garage was the closest. (5 minute walk) We didn’t even try to drive there or bring our large bags. We brought only what we needed for the night and hoped the garage was secure. (It was).

It was close to Piazza Maggiore. It was a large space and clean. Francesca is amazing! So very helpful! Nothing to speak of.

Francesca was very good at communicating throughout the entire process! She provided great directions to the property and responded quickly to all our messages. Francesca recommended visiting the San Luca church at the top of the hill. We are so glad she did. It was beautiful! We only had a short time in Bologna so it was nice we were able to do this. We also greatly appreciated being able to leave our baggage in the hallway while we did a food tour before leaving Bologna. We booked 2 rooms since we were traveling with 3 of our young adult children. The rooms were across from each other which was very nice. There was another hotel room in our hallway but it was very quiet and not a problem. The rooms were very clean and good sized with large closets. The location was great and easy to walk everywhere. We had dinner right around the corner from the apartment. Fantastic food with great service. Only minor mis-understanding, they said the apartment was on second floor. We were not able to find it or get in with the codes. Turns out it was on what we would call the 3rd floor and then it was very obvious. Small piece of good information to share?

Elegance apartment and perfect location.Francesco is a good host.

The walls were too thin and you literally feel like the neighbors are at your room. It was very noisy till the middle of the night. It will be great if there are some bottles of water and soft drinks. If it's possible you can provide a slippers.

Convenient place: close to Piazza Maggiore. Everything you need in this cozy apartment. Francesca is really friendly.

Exceptional

Really good location less than a five min walk from the main sights and with restaurants within stumbling distance. The room was huge, our son enjoyed all the space and there was complimentary tea, coffee and water. Very high tech entry system which did require internet to get in and out but was simply enough once we knew how it worked. Francesca was incredibly attentive, checking on us before, during and after our stay. A great find. The beds were softer than we would like, but that's a personal preference.

Very good

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Roomy closet. Nice coffee. Two things that have pros and cons: there’s cleaning every day (it’s nice but also maybe not needed and it means we need to be out of the room) and the online opening of the doors (it worked great for us but it means you must have good internet in front of and inside the building). There is no lock inside the room’s door. A swing bar latch type of internal lock would be nice. Not that many outlets, in these days when we all have so many electric devices to charge during the night.
