Located upstairs in an older building, which can feel a tad unsettling on the first visit, particularly if alone and/or at night. Still felt totally safe though, especially as there are multiple locks to get in.

Excellent location. Walked everywhere and the entirety of the old town was accessible to us.

Great location. Very comfortable and large suite, private situation, quiet. The deck space was charming and private with views of the towers. Elevator. Help with bags on arrival and shown around the suite by a person. The bathroom is very large with a great shower. People at the other end of the phone to respond for directions and check in needs. A shuttle to the train station is possible and I used that on my departure, he was very helpful. Being in the centre of Bologna was great, a friend had recommended that I explore the city and it was worth the trip. Only that I did not understand how to use the card for the street door and that was a short problem my first night. I did figure it out at last and there was a response by text eventually. It did work and all was well.

Superb location virtually across the street from the duomo. And an easy walk through incredibly beautiful arcades to get to other areas and sights of the surprisingly gracious medieval quarters. Labeled as a B&B, it seemed more like an AirBnB rental with some amenities but largely lacking meaningful engagement

Impeccably clean, decorated and scented to provide a delightful experience all around. We had the suite, with views from the Bedroom as well as an outdoor partially covered private balcony area with seating to enjoy the towers and church views. Bathroom is suite is very large and luxurious. Shower is great and roomy. Centrally located to anywhere you would like to go. Owner is helpful and gracious host. Provided easy check in instructions. Would definitely stay here again. One of the best stays in Bologna. The only minor thing is the shower floor is very slick and could be easy to fall in so an anti-slip mat would be helpful.

Location was superb. Spacious room with a beautiful view of the towers and the roof tops. Very well appointed and clean. You can tell that the owners put their love into this property. They are very responsive and attentive. We will come back to this property in the future Everything was very good. Love that the owners are quick to responde if we have questions. Both very attentive. The bed was super comfortable as well. We slept like kings :) and woke up rested and ready for the day

Wonderful location and lovely decor. Contemporary touches, comfortable bed, cheerful and calming. Host instructions and communication were very clear.

Occasional Low buzzing mechanical noise at night. Hosts were kind.

The location was the best. It is located right next to the main tourist attraction of bologna and it has lots of restaurants located around the hotel. The room is also new and very clean. The hotel is located within another building so the entrance to the hotel is not obvious. There is also no reception staff so any enquiries can only be answered by email or whatsapp and the person replying wasnt very prompt in replying.

The location very central across of Neptune's Fountain from Piazza del Nettuno and many other turistic attractions. We liked the building and the suites as well. The fact that we could leave the luggage in the hallway was a bonus for as. In the room you have a coffee machine and the checkin process is very easy. We have read about noise problem from the street which would be acceptable considering it is across Piazza del Nettuno but apartment we were in has really thin walls with the neighbours - not apartments in the same B&B which were up drinking and talking really loud until 2-3 AM which is really annoying since you can't wake up in the morning to take advantages of traveling.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was nice with lots of cabinets for cloth. It had a little balcony with an amazing view of the famous leaning towers — truly unforgettable! The bed was huge for two people and the bathroom was large, modern, and stocked with great amenities. Communication with Massimo was excellent; he gave us clear instructions and made everything super easy. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Bologna! It was so convenient that we could stop by our apartment several times during the day while exploring the city. A nice little sandwich place right next door with super delicious sandwiches. We stayed on the fourth floor in Luigi room and used the elevator, which was very convenient. A perfect stay in every way! I personally would prefer a little softer pillow but my husband was happy with it.

Great location close to many tourist sites and convenient to reach via streetcar.

Breakfast was wonderful and so was the location. The hotel was very responsive to requests and helpful. It felt very safe and secure and was very quiet in spite of being right off a busy street. Pillows were uncomfortable.

It was the best location of any sites that I’ve stayed in during my three week travels I picked hotels that had elevators, but this had about eight steps when you got off the elevator to enter the location. It also said it had a terrace but I didn’t see any terrace anywhere.

Massimo was an excellent host! He proactively ensured my check in was smooth. The room was nice and the location was awesome! I felt very safe in this area and secure in the building.

Spacious and clean with great views

Room furnishings are dated and could use a little upgrade. Everything else was comfortable.
