A grand hotel in the grand tradition - beautiful building, service oriented staff. A delightful place to stay. Outstanding bar, wonderful breakfast. We love staying here. It’s our 2nd stay and we’re back next week0-end. Just know that calling a taxi can take a while- not the hotel’s fault, just that there aren’t always a lot of cabs. That said, there wasn’t a time when the hotel wasn’t able to find one for us - it’s just when we were out and about that it was chancy.

Breakfast was an excellent buffet, many options and a very welcoming staff. The location was within walking distance of many food options and business centers. Very convenient.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Wonderful location and impeccable interior design. Julie and Patrick were phenomenal! Upon arrival, there was a foul odor in the room, which was off-putting and hindered our ability to settle in and immediately prepare for dinner. Additionally, my partner surprised me with a massage for my birthday; however, I was disappointed when he told me an additional $90 was required because it was on a Sunday. Considering the amount paid and the inconvenience at check-in, an adjustment could've been offered.
