They called a taxi for us. Uber doesn’t work properly in the area. Waiting too long and cancelled Check out time (10:30) and the staff knocked our room at 11 am to remind us we’re already late instead of calling the room and nicely informing the check out time. It looks he is not very flexible.

The location is very good and the hotel is right across the street from Ducati factory. Also there is good connection with buses to everywhere in the city. The bathroom was a little outdated.

Beautiful hotel located next to a Ducati museum. Very clean and beautifull rooms in old Bolognian style, modern windows, Air conditioning. Beautifull breakfast area with very good food and awesome coffee. Extremely friendly staff. Parking on the property is free. Eventhough we only stayed there for one night, this was the best accomodation experience of our 14 days roadtrip. Pure 10/10.

Location was quiet and convenient. Staff was helpful and friendly The fixtures are not commercial and showed bad maintenance. From bed headboard, bathroom door handle falling off to towel holder, all low quality. Parking lot is not monitored and 1 guest parked at an unmarked space, causing my vehicle to be looked in.

Wonderfull. Great place to stay.Everything was perfect in the hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, perfect breakfast, good parking near hotel. Helped with very late (night) check-in. Very friendly staff.

Good value and excellent staff. Mikaella at the front desk was very helpful. Hotel is clean and close to Ducati museum and close to transit. Small issue with shower door coming off the track but very minor.

The location was very convenient to the airport. It was clean and charming. There was a lot of construction making it difficult to enter. Hopefully, the construction will be over.

It was clean and quiet. Dark in hallways, no staff, room was not at all as described. I truly feel as though I got taken advantage of.

The decoration of the hotel and the price are excellent. It’s stuck in the middle of Bologna’s crazy tram service insertion construction and the Ducati factories so there’s little reason to stay here more than a night.
