Air Condition, Really Nice Bathroom, Friendly Owner The Neighbors is not really good, The Bed is not Really Good also
-
Cozy room with shared kitchen. A public parking area close by. Free breakfast provided by a cafe downstairs. A bit hard to get in when it is in the evening, like an escape room.
-
It’s a bit far from the city centre but well connected by bus.

Picked this B&B for its proximity to the trade fair, and it didn't disappoint. The room and bathroom were spacious and stylishly decorated, plus the convenience of having a supermarket nearby was a bonus. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to reconsider staying here (thin walls). And as for breakfast, let's just say the offerings in the café downstairs leave much to be desired. Great if only grabbing a coffee though.

ologna Michela was amazing, answered all, our questiona, let us leave our lugagge earlier in the property, made us feel really comfortable. She also gave us some useful tips about the city ? The room was big, very clean and comfortable, it was a good night of sleep. Bathroom was also what we needed! It was weekend and the café downstairs was closed . The breakfast was a bit poor, only a drink and a croissant. Nethertheless it was tasty :)

The room is very nice and clean. The host was very nice. It is a bit far from the center, 45 min walk or 30 min by bus.

Very uncomfortable bed. It felt like sinking in a hole. My back still aches. The rooms were very poorly isolated. Also from 6am loud music could be heard.

The room was lovely, shared kitchen very clean. Property manager thought through every small detail making stay pleasant. Bed was very comfortable. Michaela was very friendly and very helpful for our first time in Bologna, she advised us places to see and to eat. Has coffee machine as well as kettle, superb AC. Lovely breakfast in the cafe downstairs probably could do with a little wider choice. It's a property a little away from city centre but it's easy to get there and we prefer that. Pillows were a little thin. Shower rain head does not work, but the small head works perfectly fine. The only major complaint we have is the noise at 6 am ... I presume it was a cafe down below. Rave, dance music we thought we were gonna take off with the whole bed? I'm all for dancing but not at 6am ...

nice price, not so far from city center and train station in general recommend for weekend trip breakfest for weekend is smth bought from supermarket, breakfest in the cafe is just a coffee with a croissant (or smth like it). don't expect smth very nice. You can see photos with different breakfests. also there was another girl in the other room and she put everywhere stickers in the kitchen what we should touch. we tried to explain that we need only tea and coffee and will not even try other things but after coming back from the city center we got stickers everywhere 'don't touch'
