From the moment we arrived, the kindness and professionalism of the front desk staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room we were assigned was clean, spacious, and really very nice.

great hotel, outside the historical city center, ideal for those travelling and want to stay close to exchibition center. historical center is just 20minutes away and there is a bus stop outside the building. there is underground parking space - with charge - rooms were spacious and comfy with lots of amenities. I visited it two times during my trip in Italy. parking space is on demand and quite crowded. please keep in mind that if you book in advance the fee is 15euros. while if you book when you arrive is 10euros but they can't ensure that there will be availability. there are lots of parking spaces outside the hotel but you need to pay also and the area seemed to me not so safe. the hotel does not take any responsibility for damages in the area outside the hotel.

A first class hotel, approximately 15-20 min walk from the railway station. And about 15-20mins from the airport. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

The bedrooms and reception area were very nice. Generally it was clean and well kept. Its location - 45 minute walk to the city centre. Not able to get a drink from the bar until 5pm unless you paid for room service. Trainee receptionist sent us the wrong way to the city centre and was not able to tell us where the nearest bar / restaurant was. She also asked our 18 old daughter if she under 14 for tourist tax when she already had a copy of her passport.

Everything The hotel is situated at about 30 minutes walking distance from the city center. On very hot days it could be challenging to get to the center.

As a solo traveller I liked how I felt safe here! I also had my room upgraded which was excellent. There was nothing I didn’t like, I know it is a bit further away from the city centre however you can easily get the 25 bus into the city.
