Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Situated in a good Bandra neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, the beach is also a short walk away (~1km) which makes for nice early morning runs to and from the hotel. The breakfast was good, the staff manning the breakfast was extremely courteous and kind. The in-house restaurant VRANDA had amazing food, especially their peach iced tea, loved it! Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. Having to ask someone everytime to open the main entrance was a bit annoying, it isn't automatic. Secondly, the music blasting in the morning at breakfast (EDM) was not tasteful at all.

The location and delicious restaurants and staff They charged a higher rate than I had booked through booking.com. What is the point of booking.com if not to lock in the rate?

The room is spacious and food is great. Staff is very nice too. There were ants in the bathroom.

Even though this was the priciest stay in our two week trip to India, the facilities and cleanliness leves were dismal. Our first room, 501 was musty and noisy. We then moved to room 509 where the mini fridge was not working, the bedside light was out and the bathroom was poorly cleaned. Dusty in places where a simple dust over would have taken care of it. The pillows on the bed were not clean and the lobby furniture was stained. Additionally there were small cockroaches in the breakfast hall. Visible to all. Well located hotel in a crowded city. Bandra is central and "relaxed" with plenty of restaurants around. The restaurant of the hotel and the roof too bar are really nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Prices are in the range of what you can get for a clean place in Bandra area The room smelled of mold.

Wonderful hotel with very helpful staff! We arrived very late at night at 3 AM after an international flight; the hotel staff stayed up to make sure we could check in easily, and they continued to help us through our stay. The room was comfortable and a welcome respite during our stay. The bed was comfortable and facilities worked well. Location in Bandra West was convenient, a short walk away from markets on Linking Road, shopping in Santa Cruz, and easy to navigate around the city. The restaurant was great, we were very impressed! The free breakfast was tasty, and they offered a dosa and omelette grill along with a rotation of other dishes (aloo, beans, idli). The staff at breakfast was attentive and very friendly as well. Additionally meals we had at Veranda were very tasty, including the guacamole pani puri - we loved the food during our stay.

The corner rooms have a bad design. When the front door opens, there is no space to walk out so have to open the bathroom and go inside the bathroom to open the front door.

The breakfast had no taste even at the restaurant. The toilet would stink of gutter.

Good location. Seems very popular with the locals Thé toilet and shower are squeezed into the tiniest enclosure so you inundate the rest of the bathroom and the toilet itself. Remove the toilet paper before you take a shower!

The location, room and food was great. There is a cafe, restaurant, and a rooftop bar. Lots of great restaurants nearby. There was sometimes too much noise from people in the other rooms.

i liked that rooms & bathroom was clean & neat & comfortable. My room was bright & sunny & there was no noise. Good choice for a hotel without the bells n whistles of the 5 star options in the area. The fruit at breakfast buffet was cut up in pieces & filled into small glasses, cling wrapped. I think this was the reason for diarrhoe that lasted 3 days. I used to live in Mumbai so it's not like this is my first visit. Everything else I ate was cooked. The hand towels in the bathroom were old & rough- they could be upgraded or provide a face towel. Can hear any loud talking in the corridor.
