I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, with every staff member demonstrating professionalism, attentiveness, and a willingness to assist whenever needed. Location, staff and cleanliness. The room had excellent gadgets for use of mobiles , laptops, layout was good too. Noise due to parallel modification of the property, same menu for breakfast with fried food inclusive. They can change the menu for breakfast and provide healthy option .

While we appreciate to have been upgraded, we want to have separate beds instead of one double bed for 2 people sharing.

There is construction going on now as the hotel renovates its room. If you are looking to go to this hotel in the next few months (Q2 or Q3 2026), and need to work in your room during the day (work stops in the evening), then I would call the hotel directly to see if construction has finished. Otherwise, no reservations! This is a wonderful, clean, delightful hotel with a great staff, a nice breakfast, strong WiFi and a very safe and warm place for solo travelers!

The staff were excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and you had a variety of fresh fruits, nuts and cereal. If you wanted a variety of omelettes could be created for you by the chef. The Location. There were dogs just outside the hotel and dog droppings that you had to avoid if you walked on the street. The pollution outside the hotel was terrible. Over 240 parts per million. The traffic was horrible and there was a constant honking of car horns.

Great central location near many restaurants. My room was on the 7th floor (703). The room had a good size living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and 1.5 baths. There was also a balcony in both the living room and bedroom. I may have been given this upgraded room due to the construction noise. Some noise from remodeling of the rooms.

Excellent breakfast, room service and staff who were all very courteous and helpful. Check in and check out was great. Though there was upgrades being done it was being carried out without disruption to guets Everything was as expected. What could be looked at is that we noticed mosquitoes coming through the aircon vents. Maybe there should be a fine filter to prevent these insects from coming in

Property going through a refurb, we stayed at the hotel twice whilst on our trip. Unfortunately the first 3 days in a room that was due to be updated. The last night we returned to stay in a newly refurbished room which was much more superior. The last night of our first stay (old room) the bedroom light would not switch off so had to call maintenance to disconnect. Thoughts already noted

There was a renovation going on. So there was an annoying noise during the day.

The renovation of the rooms was excellent!! New beds are great!! Breakfast was not actually ready at 7:00 am, as advertised! Everything else was quite good!
