Placement is not bad, only 500 m from Bandra train station. You need 30 min suburban train or endless trafic jam to get Colaba, where all the sightseeings are. Crew was friendly and stoic while I was doing my drama queen. They were helpful. The restaurant just next door with the same name is very good. I really enjoyed the room which was not in the hotels main building but just next anex one, it didn't felt like a hotel but more like a bnb. So that's why i stayed despite all the negatif parts. There was no kettle in the room, i asked one and they send me in a short notice. Hotel claims to be 3 stars but the third one is just for decoration, it is barely a 2 stars standings. The sheets and the towel were dirty and with hair every where as i arrived. The floor was not mopped for a long time clearly, and the walls are very dirty. Then i saw the bugs, there i had my crisis, but the crew was dedicated to clean the room. Even they provided me a box of insecticide in case of ?. Intention counts. And the breakfast, (restaurant is good), but the breakfast is not good. If you are coffee addict like me, just don't get coffee, it is a sacrilege. Quantity is insufficient and masala omelette was like plastic. Next morning i went to a coffee shop. I don't know if this is good or bad, but the bed mattress was very hard and clearly very old. (Though i sleept well because i like hard mattress) so decide for yourself, if you like soft bed, than it is not for you. (When I say hard, it was really hard i mean ?).

Breakfast good not much choice. Service good. Tamanna and the reception group were helpful Including other staff who helped. Location too noisy, loud music played one night till close to 12pm. They toned the volume down a bit after complaining. Tv didn’t work for 3 days until I went personally to get them to fix the issue. Bedsheet and pillow cases were changed but not the comforter sheet.

The day-time receptionist probably Tamanna was indeed very polite, courteous, & helpful with a firm & a pleasant personality which is rare esp dealing constantly with seasoned visitors of varied mind-sets. The bed linen, washroom with 24x7 hot cold water, was very clean. And had Free TV & wi-fi. The value for d price, proximity to Lilavati Hospital I needed to visit, my Luxury Bus Pick-up & Drop points, shopping, own good clean bustling restaurant with d owner themselves greeting d customers a rare gesture etc made d trip with my family truly great & worthwhile. The room boys sitting outside d door were a bit disturbing but preferred not to spoil their youthful talk.
