Everything, especially accountability on hygiene and guest experience. Not every guest will come on time, some will check-in early or late, if a hotel cannot have proper arrangements for such customers, they shouldn't be in hospitality business at the first place. Clean toilets are NOT just for guests and customers but also for hotel employees too.And who puts lights that works on sensors in toilet?

Small room and bathroom with no ventilation. Water drain inside the bathroom was not working properly. Restaurant desk staff was much more interested in looking into his mobile rather than helping my old mom, and infact gave me a rude stare when I questioned! The roomboys try to please you to get some tips. The room also had power-out trips during my stay. The area where this place is located is pretty dirty.
