Overall has anice stay, would like to stay next time again. Mosquitoes

- the staff was extremely nice and friendly and helped us with all of our requests. - location was good - cleanliness could have been better - mattresses were a bit too hard, saggy and uncomfortable

The staff was friendly, helpful, thoughtful. We had a good room. The place is safe for women travellers. There was a strong smell of pesticide in the room, which they solved by opening out the windows and a request not to spray anything more as long as we were there.

Staff was friendly Pictures of the hotel is very different as actual. Bedding very old and rooms looks tired, and awe full. strong odor of smoke. Linen and blakers very old. Shower is not working properly. Paid for an executive room but what I got was way budget motel. Doesn’t deserve any starts. Towels hard and over used.

Staff was very polite & understand also very helpful. 1 particular staff was a little rude, however it was taken care of by the manager. Cost of extra matress should be reduced. Presently at 1500, but could be reduced to 500. As a rental it's fair.

There was no in-house catering though I did manage to order a tea on room service. The bottle of Soda Water had to be paid in advance and came from outside. The location in central Bandra would have been great had there not been roadworks. I upgraded to a suite, which gave more space but no window. The balcony was behind a solid door but was the size of a desk and had an awning bolted to it, interrupting what little view there was.
