Th hotel was really clean and the service staff was very nice and competent. The room was spacious and had a nice view. The area with the hotel lobby and cafe, although separate from the building we were in, had birds, fish and an open dining area. It's a very affordable option for for a short trip. The room service wasn't available for most of the hours that they said it was functional. Managerial staff is kind of incompetent. They didn't really ask staff to address any concerns or even stock the room when we first arrived. We had to track down the staff to get our electric kettle in the room and had to argue with a person on the phone about not having water in the room, even though it was supposed to be provided. When we ordered room service, they didn't take payment as a seperate person was to come to our room with the bill. When we left for the day, hours later, they started spam calling all the occupants while we're out trying to enjoy our vacation. I don't know what would have been so difficult about billing us later, when we were still staying at the hotel for 2 more days. But it's strange that you expect paying guests to sit in the hotel all day waiting for a bill. He called me 5 times, and I stopped picking up after the first three. He called my friend 14 times. We did not order any more room service for the rest of our stay after this experience.

The Location and the Property in terms of its's rooms Size, Car parking, Service and Food was excellent. The food Served in their restaurant is legendary. Though I did not take the Breakfast package but I still Dined and had Breakfast at their restaurant. The Service is Ultra responsive. Their front Desk is very very Prompt and make sure you are comfortable inevery sense. Nothing that I can point at.

The room was very spacious and the location is within easy walking distance from the picturesque Ranwar and Pali villages - although the view is to a slum-like area. Staff is helpful. Bed was on the harder side, but still comfortable. The apartments are in a residential building, with the front desk at the hotel across the street, you need to call on your mobile if you need anything. Some of the apartments also have long-term residents, midnight yelling and a child screaming until 2-3am was a regular disturbance during our stay. The room is old, with mould and dirt on the walls, and a boxed in loud airconditioner with broken blades that blasts only towards the bed. Cleaning is only done if you happen to be there when they come, and even then it is very superficial. When we arrived, the floor was dirty enough to make your feet black as you came out from the shower. We asked for laundry to be done, which was quick, but came back with some items still half dirty and stained whites. Many of the facilities listed are, in fact, not available, but this seems to be a common occurrence in India.

Close to the station Property was not clean like it was not mopped for more than a week. All cigarette smell was coming from both the rooms. After multiple follow ups only mopping was done after 1 hr. So it was bad experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there

The bed was large and comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was strong. This accommodation was far from what was advertised; it was not an apartment but rather a hotel room. The room was dusty and lacked basic amenities, including hot water. Additionally, there were cockroaches present. The insulation was poor, allowing noise from both other guests in the hallway and traffic outside to be clearly heard. Noisy guests at night caused further disturbances. Towels were only provided upon request, and there was no toilet paper available. The bathroom was small, and the overall space felt cramped. The air conditioning was loud and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, the pillowcases and sheets were stained and appeared worn. Overall, the stay was overpriced given the poor condition of the room and the lack of basic amenities.

The room is nice, and the staff is very kind. Situated in the center of Bandra, the area can be a bit noisy due to the nearby busy road and station, but that's something the hotel can't influence. -
