The way of treating guest was totally unacceptable. Thats not a actual 5 star hotel. The worst hotel i have even been to. Their way of treating guest was not good. The rudeness was unacceptable.. i will not suggest this hotel to stay . Its not 5 star hotel its a single star hotel.

The location, the amenities and the attentive staff except for in the breakfast Restaurant. Festively decorated for the holidays The staff in the breakfast resturant are either very untrained, don’t understand English or just don’t care about meeting expectations. Which is sad because of them the whole staff has to get a low rating to get managements attention. If we had not paid for the breakfast and had it included in our stay, we would not have been eating at that restaurant at all. Every day, and this was our 3rd stay, we asked for a pot of tea with 2 cups and we got either one cup of tea or one cup of coffee most of the time after we were done with all of our breakfast. And often it was like warm. The last 2 days we walked away without getting out tea and made a cup in our room. And the waitress watched us walk out both times and did not even realize that she has forgotten our tea. Perhaps writing down the orders and a quality check after would be helpful when you have young staff. Otherwise the food was delicious

Amazing hotel. Such a great location. Restaurants are amazing. Breakfast everyday was so nice and the hotel staff was top tier. We loved the pool and dome bar. Views were stunning. Nothing not to like.

The best thing about the place is the incredible staff Fahad and the rest of the people behind the front desk are always happy to see me always calling me by my first name it’s like coming home and they make sure that everything I could possibly want is taken care of in advance

Breakfast and location both were good We (3 persons of my family) booked a tripple occupancy room. In the room there was only one large which is fit for 2 persons. It would could be better if there was another small bed.

Location is excellent. The sea view room had a stunning view, which I very much enjoyed. The bathroom is big and comfortable. Tea and coffee is provided in the room. The staff got me an ice pack for my swollen ankle. The restaurant was good and again had a lovely view. Staff is attentive and well trained. Did not stay long enough to find out any shortcomings because i was there for only one night.

It is the staff that make it from the guys that meet you at the very front to Sarita, Fahad and Chinmay… They were all excellent at helping me get the perfect room and having the perfect experience
