The only thing good about the hotel is its Location. Pretty much old property and it reflects in everything - rooms with old/ dim lights, old elevator, the overall look, the toilet and so on.

Location and amenities in the room were great. I stayed in their premium fifth floor rooms, which are really nice: good beds, good climate control, good lighting, best shower ever. I stayed in these fifth floor rooms once before. This time, I discovered that the quality of the view is highly variable. Where last time I could enjoy looking out and people watching on busy Veer Nariman Rd, this time I was at the back of the building, where the view is a none-too-attractive back of a nearby apartment building.

Well maintained heritage hotel in a very good location. No bar snack in the room. Washroom needs better renovation. Revolving restaurant at the top is out of order.

Location is very good. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Rooms are very cozy, clean and comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable.

There is no proper sea view from the room. The room was stinking due to probably the dead rat in the AC . They shifted us in another standard room until they cleaned and sprayed heavily. We were in ? ?

Staff was very kind The lunch I ordered was very decent The first room had a bed with bedbugs and hairs. They changed me towards another room (2:00 AM) which still had hairs, but at least no bed bugs. It was also a far nicer room. Breakfast was not great

Location Very poor house keeping. 1. Bad sheets used are very crumpled and did not look very clean. 2. Moping on floor was very badly done with residues from mop everywhere. 3. Water was not available in bathroom and in-spite of repeated calls to housekeeping no one responded. Reception informed some repair is going on and water will resume soon.

I can be a fussy guy at times and the staff in all departments were brilliant, they went over and above expectations to meet and resolve any requests I had. A wonderful team all round. I have no complaints whatsoever!
