The people are very warm and kjnd that’s super incredible. The location is perfect and the rooms are nice. I don’t like complaining but if you need a working wifi network it can be not fully working at least on the 2nd floor. The flushing system in the bathroom can be tricky so I had to call the reception a few times…

Very comfortable stay. The staff was really very helpful. There were many food joints next to the hotel. So food was not at all a problem. Nothing much actually. Just noting this point The front office is on the 5th floor. There is a lift which we can use.

Location is central It’s basic. Breakfast could probably have a few more options. There’s only instant coffee! For a south Bombay hotel, it should at least have decent cup of coffee.

I chose Chateau Windsor because it’s a short walk to my mum’s house. But the location is excellent for those who are tourists as it’s very close to attractions and shopping alike Not much

The location was perfect, so close to the water front boulevard and attractions were easy to get to. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. The staff were kind, cheerful and helpful. The fridge didn't work in my room, they instantly sent someone up to fix it but it still didn't work, as my companion had a working fridge, I didn't bother to address it. The light switches on one side of the bed didn't work and neither did the power point on either side, I had to do any charging etc at the desk across the room. None of these things are major, or holiday destroying. Also we were not warned that in order to have your room made up you must leave your key at reception and if you don't leave your key you miss out, be warned.

The hotel is walking distance to marine drive and the churchgate station which is very convenient. The hotel staffs are very welcoming and the stay was comfortable. Overall good services.
