Polite behaviour of reception people and other staff.

The room was a bit small, and could use a bit of an update. Other than that, we had a great stay.
-

The staff were lovely. For the price, I was expecting something poor, but it was fantastic - though I did get upgraded for free. There is a nice restaurant. The room is small but does the job. The wifi was pretty good. There is no desk in the room for work, and it's a bit loud at night. The window also wasn't great. But for the price, I wasn't expecting much at all!

The staff were all amazing! I'd left the previous hotel after a bad experience, and getting ill, and they all looked after me so well. Reception were fantastic, really solving the problems I arrived with, the guys who looked after the rooms were lovely to chat to each morning, the guys running the excellent breakfast service were so friendly and lovely, and Rajesh went to the pharmacy for me, and took me to a restaurant on the back of his motorbike when I asked if there were good places nearby. Just superb, kind, friendly service. Literally the only minor negative was that my particular room didn't have much natural light. I wouldn't have cared, but I was very sick while I stayed here (from street food) and I spent a full day in the room one day, and would have loved a window with any view.

Location is close to the metro and train station. The staff is friendly and eager to please rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has lots of good and healthy options The view out the large Windows has a lot of cable lines hanging in front.

Good variety and healthy options

Staff are exceptional, very friendly, attentive, helpful and genuinely enjoyed their job. The room was a little too cosy for a couple, but still manageable.

Breakfast was very good, excellent staff nothing

Rooms are small and there is no place to work
-
Large room, very comfortable bed and furniture. Super bathroom and shower. Quiet location on a side street. The staff are very attentive, thoughtful and professional. It’s not clear that they have three buildings all near each other- however- once that is clear, it’s all fine, as they are next to each other. We had wifi problems however the staff worked tirelessly to sort them out.

Had a really nice and comfortable stay at Residency Hotel Fort. The location is wonderful and the staff is very friendly

I was travelling with my partner. I came to know when I was on my way to Mumbai from Goa that they do not allow male and female unless they prove that they are married. This was the first time ever for me. It was then that I booked Hotel President, Cuffe Parade through your agency. Hotel President was very good.

The staff are so very friendly. The location is perfect for exploring the south part of Mumbai. They always have many repeat customers so clearly hey something right. All perfect

Clean, comfortable, with exceptionally courteous staff. The bathroom space would get very hot.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, within easy reach of many major attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering a wide selection of both Western and Indian dishes, with eggs, dosas, and other items freshly prepared to order and tailored to personal preferences. The complimentary afternoon tea was a wonderful and very welcome surprise. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional staff. They were consistently attentive, courteous, and professional—especially the front desk team, which was always staffed and ready to assist. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe during my stay. Nothing really, I would visit again.
-
We liked the spaciousness of the room and the fact that it was in a separate part of the hotel which felt quieter. The cafe/sitting area provided a nice place to relax and refresh.

The staff is definitely the only positive thing to write. They were trying their best to help out and accommodate my needs in the best way. I found also the breakfast very good! The hotel situation in Mumbai is a catastrophe. Very expensive options for a very poor quality. The rooms of this hotel smell mold which I find very unhealthy. I visited 4 different rooms!! (2 in each building… they have an annex with more rooms options). They were petty much all the same. You can’t open the windows. People here say that the hotel was quiet but it was not. The traffic outside of course (like everywhere in Mumbai), but also the construction work inside the building and the water pump… I am indeed very sensitive to noises and have a very light sleep. The furnitures are so old and not so clean, I didn’t want to touch them. Same for the carpet that is in the room. The staff did upgrade me to give me a better/quieter room so that was very sweet, but still I can’t be lying about the condition of this overpriced hotel and I think it needs a serious renovation work.
