Raj behind the desk and the entire staff were exceptional and helped us in every way possible. Would have liked a squeegee for the bathroom floor after a shower.

Excellent location, close to the heritage landmarks of Mumbai. Courteous staff and quick room service. While they don't have their own kitchen, their room service delivers from nearby restaurants, and that works very well. A kettle with tea / coffee in the room isn't too much to ask for. For the price, the location is great, but the general upkeep has a very low end hotel feel to it.

The hotel does not serve meals/breakfast on site. The room was excellent, comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The location is fantastic, central and within walking distance of the main railway station, CST, Colaba, the Jehangir art gallery, and museum as well as the Gateway. There isn't much to dislike. Space is at a premium in Mumbai so some rooms are less spacious. Bathrooms are clean as are the rooms.

Very good location near central train station and attractions. We arrived late at 3am, (they waited for us, thanks!), had super quick check-in, stayed for a day of city tours, then left for an early train. Was perfect for that! We may have been too dumb to turn on hot water ? Shower was otherwise fine though.

Location Staff tried to trick us into paying more than the actual amount by typing wrong figures in the swiping machine. Pretended it was an accident which was clearly not the case

Hotel Flora offers very good value, accommodation, with, a safe and secure location . As a solo female, this is a perfect spot in the heart of the Fort area. There is so much to see close to the hotel and great advice from reception staff who are present 24/7 . Reception staff were present and helpful at all times and able to give advice and suggestions if asked . Nothing to dislike !

The hotel is in safe and convenient to explore the city location. Room was small and simple but sufficient for solo traveler.

Brilliant staff, clean room and close to the attractions. I found the mattress was too hard for me, and so I had broken sleep. My partner was fine with the bed.

Very high price with very less amenity

Location as it was the city centre I recently stayed at your hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. However, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding a specific aspect of my stay. I had requested a late check-out for just one room, but unfortunately, this request could not be accommodated. While I understand that there may be constraints and policies in place, I was disappointed that my expectation could not be met. I hope you can consider more flexibility in such requests in the future, as it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
