For the purpose of short visit for work in BKC, this is a good option. This is definitely not a leisure hotel. But ease of accessibility this is a more convenient option within the budget. It is a safe place for solo female traveller also. Helpful staff, easy accessibility, cleanliness.

Excellent Hotel team to check in, assist with checking baggage to the room and provide detailed visa information. Breakfast was delicious and made available to the room. Charges were very reasonable for a 2 night stay. The Hotel Team was ready to go above and beyond to even secure a vehicle for visa interview if needed. There’s construction going on right opposite the property. Due to this there is water outside the property causing inconvenience to hire rickshaw etc. Nothing the hotel can fix but it’s good to be aware of the same.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast was not complimentary - false advertising. Road leading to the hotel entrance was not paved. There is no kitchen/restaurant in the hotel. Not sure where room service orders come from. Limited menu.

There is nothing much in this hotel to like. They will just provide a room which is basic and slightly clean. The size is very small and it's not even noise isolated, even people coming to reception are easily audible in the room. The photo of the room on the website is not the same as what they provide.

The breakfast was tasty although was predecided by the hotel. So no choices. The Hotel was in full blown construction/renovation during our visit: which meant a lot of dust, paints, noise and dirt everywhere. The location wasn't the most convenient to access shops/restaurants.

The location is excellent for anyone visiting BKC The room size was very small. Breakfast is served only in the room which was very limited and not upto the mark.

I stayed for Us visa interview and the hotel is1.5km from the consulate. The room is small but it was enough for the purpose.The room and toilet was clean ,staff also good.Hotel is just behind lemon tree hotel and near to some food joints like McDonald,Burger King etc and a good vegetarian restaurant Hare Krishna near by .The place is near construction area,and the hotel itself is under maintenance even though it didn’t affect my stay.

The Location is excellent since it is very close to UK / US Visa consulates and good restaurants nearby at walking distance. It is just besides Lemon Tree premiere hotel, Kalina in BKC The breakfast needs to be improved since it is served inside the room with fixed limited menu (only 2 items everyday). Room sizes are small, not advisable for leisure stay with family.
