Great reception service, clean, arranged taxis as needed Bit tiny room, food was the same on all days

i was travelling for my entire life , during my visit to Mumbai in feb 2026 , i booked well in advance this property , i requested for late checkout on the time of booking , they agreed for late checkout with additional cost ( Screenshot attached ) , once i arrived they replied its depends on the check out date , , i stayed for a night ( instead of 04 Nights ) i booked one bedroom residence with jacuzzi advert as 56 sq meters but the size is too small , you can say 40 square meters the bed room is too small , not enough space to move , the moment i enter the apartment , the key slot to turn on the power it doesn't work , they don't safety chain in the door the property is next to Mumbai western railway track ( very busy for whole day & night ) , the room is not sound proof , you can't sleep for whole night , the train ( Always horn ) & track loud noise , never allow you to sleep the phone on the room corridor during the day the landline phone keeps on ringing & elevator sounds trouble you , i had the morning breakfast , the coffee shop is too small , the food is average , i order crispy masala dosa , what i got normal masala dosa , i chatted with guest next to me in the coffee shop , they have the same issues as me late check out , they are insisting them to check out . the kitchen in the apartment is too small & narrow with out any proper cooking utensils , they don't allow food from outside . i share my bad experience with my friends who is in Mumbai , they informed that there is concert in BKC , The hotels are running high occupancy , may be that the reason , they are not allowing for late check out . what ever reason it is , they agreed for late check out with additional cost ,( one month advance booking ) , in the last minute when you check in ,they refuse , very poor & arrogant management . (with this i attached photos & Video ) i never recommend any one to stay in this property

The location is close to popular neighborhoods but that's the only positive we could find When I booked through booking, I was shown a certain cost at the time of booking. The total cost clearly included Taxes. The day before we checked in I found 8k INR Charged to my card additional. Upon asking during check in we were told this was a security deposit and that made sense. However during checkout, we were surprisingly told that this additional charge was the taxes. There was no point arguing since we had a flight to catch. Apart from this, the hotel had constant noise of trains passing through and the washroom jacuzzi was a joke.

The Restaurant is very good (both). Staff is very nice and trying hard within poorly managed system. Recommendations for guests: - Don't use the Jacuzzi. The jets will release a brown sludge. - The couch looks like it has been through some traumatic experience. - I hope you like trains. If so, maybe you can spot one through the dirty glass. If not, bring earplugs. - Stick to short showers otherwise the water will reach your knees. - If you like nature, you can "swim with the pigeons" in the pool that doubles as a bird bath for Mumbai's winged population. Recommendations for Management: - Redesign your processes so the overwhelmed staff is not left alone with frustrated guests (like me). - Leave the washing machine door and detergent tray open, when not in use to avoid mold and smell. - Properly maintain the jacuzzi and the shower drain. - Clean or change the couch cushion cases more frequently. You can have a local place make you replacements for not too much money. When the stains don't come out just change them.

We shouldn’t be asking for iron and ironing board and hair dryer. It should be in the room. Somebody was cooking on our floor and the smell looked like we are cooking in our room

Helpful and supportive staff Nothing particular but I would recommend to have a drier in their washing machine it would help in the weather of Mumbai otherwise exceptional place to stay

Absolutely spotlessly clean ! Great staff the whole team were fantastic! The security staff were friendly and diligent! The porters were friendly! The reception staff were friendly and efficient! Anil a cleaner was so friendly and helpful. The fabulously well equipped gym staff were friendly and helpful! I have been a regular gym goer for 42 years and this was such a well equipped gym I would place in my top 3 ! For professional fitness fanatics / bodybuilders this is a great , great gym with sauna and steam room ! The pool is very nice and the pool staff are always at hand ! The room had a double jacuzzi bath nice rainfall shower! The double bed was pocket sprung and very comfortable! The kitchen and living room in the studio rooms was spacious and well equipped! There were3 flat screen tvs with international channels ! The airco was very good ! The restaurant had a varied buffet of delicious options plus they are happy to cook different breakfast options upon order - waffles pancakes fried/scrambled eggs etc… This is a great 4* hotel with very high standards! I already booked another 15 nights this time with my family, which speaks for itself ! Nothing to dislike !

breakfast was delicious, good choice of options and very tasty The room was either very, very hot without the AC on or FREEZING with the AC on. There was no option to vary the temperature setting to suit us. I asked for an extra duvet for warmth and they didn't have any available. Easy problem to fix, buy more duvets.
