Hotel Campanile Creteil - Bonneuil Sur Marne

They concept to reach the rooms is very nice, its like entering your own house. Stayed for 3 nights in they cleaned the room everyday. Car Parking was available and secured with gate access. Breakfast: Eggs, Ham selection and turkey, Jams, breads, coffee, milk and juices, croissant and cookies, as well as fruits salad, apples, bananas. I hope i haven't missed anything :) There is no reception personnel at night in the event you face an issue or arrive late at night. You may need to call the hotline with your reservation number to guide you for the collection of key for check in at night.

Breakfast was not ready on time, room wasn’t ready by check in time.

Room was very clean and comfortable with a good sized shower which was also very clean and bright. The hotel staff on the morning was very helpful and friendly compared to comments below. Hotel receptionist on arrival (male) was ok at check, but later in the evening was very rude, shouting, abusive, not helpful, arrogant and awful. I was a lady travelling on my own, and had forgotten my adaptor, I asked him if I could borrow an adaptor for the evening as my phone had very little charge left. He refused point blank to even look, said he wasn't a shop and his shift was finished he was going home. I asked if he could spare 2 minutes to look he refused point blank again and told me to get out off reception so he could lock up an go home. I informed him we all have jobs, we all want to go home at the end of the day, but sometimes we have to stay and be a little more helpful especially as he was in customer service. He just shouted at me to get out, I will be honest I raised my voice and told him I would give a bad review and not recommend the hotel, he didn't' care. The telephone in the room did not work, It was a motel type place whereby your rooms were outside, there were shutters on the window, not recommended for a solo lady traveler. I was meeting acquaintances there for a meeting on the Saturday nearby.

The only thing that was great is one of the staff with the name of Sebastian who was really helpful, the parking was very good Normal clean in 3 nights only once the bin was emptied The room is is not comfortable at all for a person with disability near the room there is like an outside part of the bar with people laughing all the afternoon We were two persons only one big and one small towel i had to go every day to give me more breakfast poor English speaking only Sebastian in the hotel

The staff were overall friendly and tried to be helpful. It is very close to three restaurants and a bus stop. The only pillows available were feather, and I’m allergic. They couldn’t find any other kind of pillow. I asked for an extra bedspread to use instead, but they didn’t even have that. Fruit at breakfast was rotten and dishes weren’t refilled in time for us as we had to depart. For what we paid, it was very disappointing.

Its location near Sucy en Brie. Breakfast. The size of the twin room… impossible to move around. The equipment of the bathroom (half bath with no shower curtain)! You should modernize with shower only and make sure the room is not soaking wet after a shower… The very noisy neighbors. The rooms do not have proper soundproofing and the men kept TV/radio on, talking until 2.30am both nights… I had to knock on the very thin partition to finally feel the quietness of the night and be able to sleep a few hours.
