The staff at the reception were incredibly cool, friendly, and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Excellent service and a great team!

I almost let to the flight because of the girl in the reception who booked me a taxi charge me money and then in the time exception was empty nobody answered, and the taxi didn’t come

The family room is amazing. Very spacious and very clean. Very comfortable beds and eaa cleaned everyday. Good space for parking the car and very central to go anywhere. The beach pool was impossible to swim on. The chlorine was so high that my kids were crying after 10m because of their eyes. We had to use the other pool on the bottom of the rooms because it had less chlorine We told the staff but nothing happened. Also the beach was not usable as it was very low tide all the time, no water and ver muddy. Not the dream beach we were expecting.

Nothing Deva Beach Resort & Spa was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The photos online are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of the property at all. Upon arriving before check-in, we were shocked by how run-down, uninviting, and poorly maintained the resort looked. Within minutes, we were actively trying to find another hotel and regretted booking this place. We attempted to cancel our reservation immediately, but the front desk staff was shockingly incompetent and unhelpful. They lacked basic customer service skills and made no effort to assist or escalate the issue. It felt like no one knew what they were doing or cared in the slightest. The food was consistently bad—bland, poorly prepared, and overpriced. The breakfast buffet had bugs and hair in the food. Definitely not what you’d expect from a “resort.” The pools were miserable: freezing cold with rough, sharp flooring that actually cut our feet. Relaxation was impossible. The beach was even worse—completely unswimmable, with dark, murky water that looked dirty and unappealing. This is absolutely not the tropical beach experience Koh Samui is known for. The hotel also nickel-and-dimed guests constantly. When we checked in early, we requested pool towels and left them by the pool while moving into our room. The hotel later tried to charge us **per towel**, as if we had stolen them. This was beyond unreasonable. Even more disturbing, friends we met at the pool who were traveling with a baby were charged for a minor stain on the bed sheets caused by baby food. This level of pettiness and lack of hospitality is unacceptable. The location itself is disappointing, isolated, and offers none of the charm or beauty you expect in Thailand. Between the misleading advertising, poor maintenance, hostile policies, and utterly incompetent staff, this resort should not be considered a luxury stay by any standard. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

The hotel during our stay was fairly quiet which was nice. The pool and beach have great views and staff are friendly. Security guard at night, easy taxi access as well. Near quite a few restaurants and 7/11 a 2 min walk away. Lots of food options at the hotel bar/restaurant. The staff are are very friendly! The pillows in our room upon arrival were literally black (not the covers, the actual pillow). I had to request a new set at reception which they changed almost instantly, but even these were no good. I ended up having to buy my own pillows at a local market! The entire hotel could do with renovations, it looks quite tatty and old inside the rooms. Quite dark in there also. The majority of the sun lounger covers were diry and stained. All in all, great value for money outside of peak season and was a pleasant stay.

Great location, the staff were awesome, the restaurant was very good! Only had two small complaints: - our first day at lunch there was only one employee working the restaurant. She was incredible, bringing out orders, doing payments, making coffees, making cocktails. This was way too much for one person to do, there should have been at least one if not two other staff to help, as one person simply could not do all of that in a timely fashion by themselves. - the second is our bathroom had a pretty bad smell coming out of the drains. We had to keep the door closed at all times to prevent it from entering the room.

Rooms were spacious and clean, jacuzzi in room was a surprise. 4hours between check-out (11am) and check-in time (3pm) bit too wide and forcing us to vacate too soon. Not being accommodative to allow for late checkout even after staying 4nights seemed bit not resident friendly

We've fallen in love with this hotel's good location and spacious rooms. Beaches are wide, and there are 3 big swimming pools. The staff are friendly, and the food is good. nothing

Beach was not nice, it was a bit dirty. Around the hotel, there were not many places to go and is far from the main street in Koh Samui. In the hotel many benches close to the pool were dirty and in bad condition.

The resort has a private beach, perfect for tanning and relaxing. The water near the shore was a bit dirty at times, but the beach itself was peaceful and enjoyable. The main pool was also very nice, with plenty of comfortable tanning beds. The overall cleanliness of the resort was good. On the downside, the staff experience wasn’t ideal. We asked not to have the room cleaned but only to replace towels, and they said they couldn’t do it, which caused some unnecessary issues. One fun note: there are water monitor lizards around the resort. Personally, I found them cute and amazing, but I understand some people might be scared — it’s just part of being on a tropical island! The location is far from the center, so you’ll need to rent a bike or rely on taxis to get around. For the price, it was okay overall, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The bed mattress, The room does not have enough light in it, the location is not so good

The rooms are big q’d the bed is big and comfortable., the swimming pool area. The location, the beach you can’t swim it’s very Rocky and it smells a lot of petrol cause it’s next to a fisherman marina/speed boats. The rooms are quite old and the hotel facilities as well, it should be renovated . Otherwise the hotel looks nice just a bit too old.
