Best service, best room
-
The property itself was super beautiful, with a nice pool and sunset view over the sea. The rooms were big and had everything you could need. There was a terrible smell in our bathroom that basically made it not the best experience, as they couldn’t fix it and couldn’t move us to another room. Also note that while it is on the beach, the beach isn’t really for swimming or laying out here. So you need to either stay at the pool or take a grab to another proper beach.
-
No outside view from my room need to turn on the room light even in day time.
-
Beautiful Thai-style villas, very clean and well-maintained.
-
The door was broken and the shower item also broke, under bed was so dirty still got some socks not so clean at all
-
Can't think of any negatives

the pool Is big and the facilites aré cute the location is too far of restaurants, the bed was very unconfortable. the staff has an Attitude no servicial at all. the beach Is ugly AND not recomendable to get in the facilites aré old but un good condition. the meals aré limited.

The property itself when you talk about property the facade was nice and the staff was great Where do I start? If you wish to watch TV, you will sit in a non-Air condition room no TV in bedrooms where air conditioning is only The bed were very, very, very hard if you’re gonna stay there prepared for a hard sleep if you can sleep The airline travel is directly over hotel or adjacent day and night loud Breakfast eggs were great The pastries were stale and not worth eating. The restroom is non-ventilated with an open window to the outside very hot Glass containers were allowed around the pool area, which made us not wanting to go in the pool for who knows if there was broken glass in it No close restaurants nearby

Great place to stay, fresh vibes and good facilities
-
Our villa's bed was extra firm and we did not enjoy the beds. But that is a personal preference on bed firmness.

The staff was very welcoming. Our comfort was the staffs number one priority regardless of where we were in the facility. The room was touched up daily, with fresh water bottles always stocked, especially in Samui's humid weather. Sasitara Thai villas is in close walking distance to big attractions like Wat Plai laem (2 minutes walking ), big golden Buddha (12 minutes short walk), and for extra comfort there's a 7/11 (3 minutes). There's a buffet for breakfast, free with your stay. There's a huge variety of foods, fruits , and drinks. The food changes daily and every night we looked forward to breakfast. The room was even better in person than what the pictures showed. The staff is great and if visiting Koh Samui, I would easily stay here again. The tv didn't work initially, but one I informed the staff, they fixed the issue immediately. It's hard to find something negative in my stay when it was perfect.

Beautiful location, nice beach, friendly staff, great pool, very good Thai foot at the restaurant. The most horrible sleeping conditions ever - and I really rarely complain - but that was so far the worst, including basic fan bungalows that I have slept in. Stone hard squeaky bed with stone hard pillows - and i really mean stone hard as i am used to Thai standard hard beds - it's was not even close to that, like sleeping on the floor, with hundreds mosquitos biting at night (either because they were already in room, or more likely because of the wood structure being badly sealed), and extremely hot even though the AC was working properly - and that's either because it was too small for the room size, or again, because of the room being not sealed well, but it just could not cool the room down. All in all, absolutely horrific night, when we really could not sleep at all just survive. It's a shame, because the room itself was nice, bathroom nice, it is a beautiful property with very nice beachfront, pool and friendly staff. But for the experience of a total lack of sleep at nigh, so not worth it ?

The breakfast was AMAZING! I was disappointed we missed it the second day due to an early excursion. The property is nice, loved the view from the pool area and the pool was great. Quiet area but easy walking to some attractions, and a short ride to others. Staff is friendly. There was a smell like burnt rice in our room but we didn't find the source. Beds are hard but this is true almost everywhere I've stayed in Thailand.

I love this place...I stay here when in Samui.. So relaxing.. Peaceful.. Thai feeling... The villas are lovely.. Four poster bed... It's close to big Buddha.. Ferry to Koh panghan.. Food is not bad.. But not this trip.....this trip was sad.. The staff at the bar and kitchen area that was placed...next to the pool... Just talked and talked and talked..and talked.. The main barmaid and kitchen cook were mostly the issue.... They watched videos on mobile ..took calls from family.. It was So noisy...it really put me off going back.... It was the local meeting point...there was a clear lack of management watching them.. They were lovely....and helpful and the usual Thai hospitality..but just no concept that I was there...trying to relax at the pool... I even mentioned how noisy it was.... On one of my days they decided to clean the AC...this added to the noise..drilling with a machine for up to 2 hours... With the planes over head which usually don't bother me... I had to give it a low rating... I rented the private pool...and was also faced with the constant generator noise.. I asked them to turn it off...and they did.. The smell of chlorine was bad.. I also fell through a floor board..near the pool.. as they are rotting... I hope the management read this and make staff aware... As it is an amazing place... I do love it..and its difficult to complain..
