Beautiful, great location, amazing hospitality, gorgeous decor with attention to details. The infinity pool was great with outstanding location of ocean view. Great breakfast, everything was above and beyond expectations There were no hanging hook for hand towels by the sink

Location is fabulous! Very quiet but literally just a few steps away from busy and lively Fishermans village. Rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were beautiful with huge showers. Large comfortable balcony with rocking chair. Hotel was fairly booked, but always enough sunbeds by the pool. Really really good breakfast! Beach was meh. Sand was coarse and the water was very cloudy.

Breakfast is very rich and varied in items, nice staff and services, reception and check-out are very friendly and fast. Very few things interfered in one of the days a wedding took place without prior notice so that it blocked part of the hotel's services on beach. There was a malfunction one of the days, the water pump in the building of the room broke down and a situation arose that caused all the faucets to enter the rooms with smelly polluted water, which required us to disappear from the room for almost three hours in the morning and the compensation we were given was vouchers for 4 drinks at the bar?. The gym is very outdated in its equipment

The extremely open design of the rooms meant that there was no part of the bathroom that had any privacy. A tub in the middle of the room & a very open shower is one thing; the toilet's glass panels should have at least be frosted & non-transparent.

Everything about this place is exceptional. From the minute you arrive until you leave the staff is friendly, smiling, and always eager to help in any way they can. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful, the pool was clean and a nice temperature. There were plenty of guests at the resort but somehow it never felt crowded. We were always able to find a lounge chair by the pool when we wanted. The included breakfast was incredible with plenty of options to suit any taste. We especially enjoyed the complimentary espresso drinks every morning. The balconies in each room are incredible, affording a comfortable, shady place to relax day or night and they all include ocean & resort views. The location of the resort was also perfect, being at the very end of the main Fisherman's Village walkway. So all the restaurants, fire shows, bars, and shops were within a pleasant 5-10 minute walk, but at the end of the day we returned to our serene little piece of paradise, away from all the hustle & bustle. We could not have been happier with this resort and are already making plans to return next year! We would be hard pressed to complain about anything at this resort. They really seem to think of everything and if there were any minor issues they were quick to resolve it.
