The hotel was absolutely perfect for families. The staff, facilities and location was great.

A resort designed for families in a good location Nothing

The position

The location is more than amazing, clean room, great staff, good breakfast. The sea water wasn’t not very clear but still clean. The only problem was the pool was small for the number of guests (it was always over crowded)

We stayed 11 nights with our 1 year old daughter and honestly couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The location is perfect.. not only 15 minutes from the airport, beach front and right inside Fisherman’s Village, so everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had, with plenty of options for both adults and children. The Kids Club, children’s pool and nanny service were fantastic, and every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We already miss this place and are planning to come back! Honestly, if I had to mention something, it would only be that leaving was the hardest part.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Samui Bophut! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with excellent amenities for both adults and children. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options that catered to all ages. This is an excellent choice for families. A special shout-out to the staff, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's location is another major highlight—just a short walk from Fisherman's Village, where you'll find plenty of great restaurants, cafés, shops, and massage options. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again when we visit Koh Samui in the future. Highly recommended! The only downside for us was the room layout. The bathroom has an open-concept design, and while there is a sliding door that separates the bathroom from the sleeping area, the toilet and shower are part of the same enclosed space. This means only one person can comfortably use the bathroom at a time, which may be less convenient for families or groups getting ready together.

Our baby unfortunately caught HFM disease during our staying here - understand this is not always preventable with so many guests but maybe they could have more staff wiping and cleaning more regularly. the multiple visits there we didn't see any cleaning happening throughout the day.

Clean and location Full of children..noisy

We received a very warm welcome from the hotel, and the staff were especially kind and friendly to children. There were many activities for kids, including long swimming pools throughout the center of the hotel, a fun water park, an outdoor sand playground, and an indoor playroom. The staff were always helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. There is also a walking street near the hotel with many food options and souvenir shops, which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. There was everything kids would need and enjoy. The only downside was that there were no restrooms near the water park, so it was a little inconvenient when children needed to use the toilet.

The rooms are generous and very clean The swimming pool was dirty also food was not particularly great

This is definitely a great kids hotel, with awesome facilities. Location is good right by a night market and the fisherman’s village. The in house babysitting service was a life saver!! Staff was nice! No complaints.

Beautiful and clean hotel, nice and large rooms. Breakfast was good, quality food and nice selection. First of all it is a hotel dedicated to children and that is great, you just need to have it in mind when booking. We travel with our son and it fit his needs, but if you’re an adult traveling alone or as a couple, expect a lot of kids around and a lot of noise. We usually stay at boutique hotels even with our son, but this was a great hotel for him to make friends and play around. Another thing is, in the rooms there is no door from the bathroom/toilet separating it from the rest of the room, unless you pull the whole sliding wall out which works as a door but prevents other people from going out the main entrance as it is next to the bathroom/toilet area. Not a dealbreaker but still oddly designed.

The location is amazing as its located right in the fishermans village which is a great area. The kids club was super cool and Sam was amazing. So much noise. There is seriously no place for some peace and quiet, there is no adults dedicated areas which is pretty annoying as you have kids running around everywhere. The staff are definitely less friendly in compare with other hotels we stayed in Koh Samui

The resort is dedicated to KIDS and I absolutely LOVED IT! The different playgrounds and activities were amazing. It is such a great place to relax for adults and just watch the kids have fun all day.

Amazing location, walking distance to lots of happening places and streets. Great room, great decor and design.
