Nothing worked.No internet, no hot water, damaged toilet, fridge didn't get cold, aircon was too small so didn't cool the room. No room cleaning without asking for it.

The staff is exceptional. My son left his ipad and not only did they contact us but they packaged and shipped the device back to us!

Very friendly staff The location is in station 2. This part of the beach is waaaaaay too crowded, I would recommend to stay in station 1. Water from the shower will spill into the room unless you use a towel on the floor to block it.

Great stay good location very comfortable Dirty mattress outside our accommodation small shower space for a tall person , shower head is too low , lights outside rooms are not well lit hard to open the doors with big key tags , hard to store in pocket

Super close to the beach and everything going on from food to shops to nightlife. The rooms were a decent size and all came with a balcony / outdoor area which is great. The staff was also incredibly helpful, hospitable and accommodating — had an issue with my water heater in my room at the beginning of my stay and they were quick to resolve it even during the hotels busiest time. Proximity to everything does come with a cost. Being next to all the liveliness of the beach, you will be able to hear all of what’s going on, especially the fish market next door. Living in New York, I’m used to it however I can see where it would be an issue for those looking for quiet.

The location The room was so dirty! Theres cockroach, washroom were clogged, the fridge smells stinky!

Very near the beach Almost right beside souvenir shops Most of the staff are nice AC is cold There's a sari sari store beside it which is convenient Also near some restaurants We overstayed for about half an hour but lady was nice enough to not charge us any added cost Hose downstairs to clean slippers before going up is nice. Walking distance to d-mall/ shops/ pharmacy The hotel in itself is definitely more run down in actual that it looks in pictures, and not well maintained Even the towels looks old Wi-fi does not reach the 3rd floor where we stayed We asked for a mat to be placed in front of the room so we can shake off the sand before coming it but they didn't give any. No mats in the bathroom or terrace so usually floor becomes dirty easily Any request we need to follow up usually The safe key is attached to the room key so it's quite troublesome to open the safe at night because you need to remove the key from the mount meaning you lose electricity The road leading to it from the main road is currently being constructed so it's quite muddy/ dirty leading to the place
