Great location. Can walk to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff. No smart TV and our room.was next to a karaoke bar that blasted music til past midnight..it was hard for me to arrange transport to and from airport due to advance pay thru bank transfer. For someone abroad it is difficult and incurs more fees..they should allow payment through booking.com

The location (Station 2) which was wonderful, everything we wanted was within reach, the hotel design didn’t waste any space, always clean, neat & tidy. Nothing

The location and variety of food. But I need you to have at least Halal Food No early check-in and flexibility for frequent customer. I used the facility 4x now but no special discount or perks.

The smoking area needs to stay up a little longer or have a private area besides all the way in the front! Top deck should stay open, no matter what for smoking or just to get away!!!!

Great access to the beach, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great tasting food. My family was for check-out, and was waiting till the security deposit was deducted from the food bill we had during our stay. As I boarded the e-trike, the staff immediately called us back to the lobby. They told us that they charged the wrong amount and the wrong credit card. They made the necessary corrections. I hope this won’t happen again, and I hope the staff will be more careful about charging our credit cards. I hope the staff at the lobby be more polite and more attentive to our concerns. Upon checking-out, we had to walk back and forth to our room because our hotel key cards weren’t working. Little did we know that it was the lack of battery on the room lock. It was such a hassle to walk back and forth, and we were already rushing to get to our flight on time.

It was beachfront and easy access to other nearby restaurants Some bartenders weren’t really friendly which made us feel uneasy to keep ordering drinks. It is a vacation spot with swim up bars , it’s supposed to be fun and enjoyable. With that being said , they should have music louder and more variations . The music was so low you can barely hear it and when asked to put it up a little more , they said it was the standard.

Overall, we had a great stay and the hotel itself was wonderful. Most of the staff were very nice and friendly, making us feel welcome. I did want to mention a bit of confusion during check-in regarding my two bookings. Even though the first booking had been processed four hours earlier, the receptionist was still confused and initially tried to charge extra for my children. Additionally, I had to leave the hotel to find an ATM for the 24k deposit. It would be very helpful if the front desk could be a bit more proactive and friendly in providing ATM locations to guests in those situations.
