No problem for me, but if you need to sleep before 11pm note that you might hear live music from a nearby restaurant until that time. Later it is quiet, and in the morning/day also quiet.

For the price, I liked everything, lol. The price my sister paid to stay next door and she had an elevator and pool, was crazy high-ha ha! I didn't need those things!

the bed was good and the air con was cold the drain in the bathroom did not drain, the hotel is on the backside of a club so noisy every night until midnight, no extra security, a little hard to find

Nice balcony that is perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Good air conditioning that is easy to control. The larger room size made it enjoyable to stay inside during the warmest part of the day for a couple of hours. We also appreciated the convenient shower at the bottom of the stairs, as we could wash sand off of our feet and footwear before going upstairs to our room. I think the owner should spring for a 20” or larger oscillating fan for your lobby. This suggestion is more for your staff than your guests, since they spend more time there. The lobby is very stuffy without a fan, and an oscillating fan (or ceiling fan) would make the lobby more welcoming for staff AND guests.

Perfect location, not too far from the beach. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We like the readily available spa attendants for massage and also the umbrellas since it rained during our stay. The veranda was worth the additional charge. The staff were very courteous and nice. They obliged to most requests and even called a trike when we checked out. The bathrobe, the handwash and cold fridge, complementary coffee was perfect and almost 5 star⭐ experience. Though it's the hotels fault, the alley towards the beach gets soaked and waterey during rainy days.

I didn't like that it was so loud at night, very hard to sleep and I had a noise machine. I couldn't take a shower unless i had my bathing suit on cause the window in my shower was directly under someone's window across from me . Not very private .On the last day, they started chasing me off just before 11 am. when check out is very clear to leave at 12pm . I didn't want to wait outside for my ride. They knocked and asked me when I was leaving several times. Other than that, if you don't mind the noise, it's definitely not bad for it price. No phone in the room and no small fridge or microwave.

The balcony was the plus point. cozy rooms and nice facilities inside the room. massage facility in the hotel. The staff are friendly and approachable. The roads to reach the hotel need some maintenance... if it rains the Whole road is flooded. The music is little loud at night but not that bad.

The noise from the night life was very close and lasted until after midnight. Bathroom was lackluster

The Massage from JO was wonderful. The staff was attentive and friendly. Clean rooms. Just a short walk to stations 2 and 3 for the beach The "quiet street" is not quiet at all. Between music from near by bars until at least midnight to the neighborhood locals yelling and screaming. "Sound proof" rooms may be that way from neighbors rooms but sure doesn't stop the local noise. Our bathroom door would not close properly nor would the shower doors. No toilet paper in the room when we arrived. There is nobody in the restaurant/bar so we had to goto the more expensive restaurants

The staff was very nice, massage was good, close to the beach It needed a touch up on the inside of the room peeled paint door didn't sliding door didn't look security safe not mounted. And the location was difficult nobody knew where it was. Pot holes filled with rain water but I would go again
