Hard to find fault here. The breakfast buffet was the best I have had in the Phillipines. The staff is impeccable from the buffet to the concierge to the front desk there service is incomparable.

Access to the pool from our room. Breakfast and location. Helpful staff. Shampoo and soap was not refilled. And shampoo resulted with dry and rough hair.

The TV has only 1 channel. At one point we got lock out of our safe box ,thankfully the service was prompt and we were able to retrieve our belongings.

Excellent - it was a comfortable stay and exceptionally warm staff. I loved my experience. The only thing I didn’t like was the water wasn’t hot while taking a shower only in the morning.

Every thing i booked the hotel for my birthday every thing was accommodated for me which i appreciate excellent staff everything was clean and comfortable There isn’t anything i can say the run a tight ship the best hotel i have stayed at by far would definitely stay again and recommend

Great service Good food quality Welcome center that is being shared with Fairways and Bluewater was kind of hot and oLd. No receptionists to welcome guests and drinks were not even available for the arriving guests.

The check out process could use a little work. We checked out an got our deposit an the staff has to check the room. We waited over 20 mins an had to ask multiple times if it was complete. Which didn't really matter to us cause we already had our deposit back. But they could be a little more on top of letting the customer know everything was good.

Location was great. Beachfront access and the pool was really nice. Breakfast was decent with good variety. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Worked well for our family with two kids at ages 4 and 7. Will stay again when we come back.

The location is fantastic. Right at the edge of Station 2, you can get to the Dmall in 5 minutes. Breakfast is great with many options—local and western alike. The pool is awesome. Clean and with both shade and sun. The staff was very kind and pleasant. Always happy to help. The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. It's such a basic thing to get wrong for such an amazing resort otherwise.

Excellent location. Centered. Walk right on to beach. Pool is perfect for children. Pool side room enjoyed nightly live performances. Property is beautiful and exceptionally lit at night. This Property is the best on beach. Get the breakfast buffet included. It is Excellent. The dinner buffet with prime rib and pork is awesome aswell. Pizza at hotel Italian restaurant is great. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Property is newer with no signs of age.
