It was clean, organized and beach front I booked a family room and it's located in the separate building closer to the restaurant. We have our own pool and accessible to the beach.

Only the location. The rest didn't worth for what I paid for. The wifi is not working properly. I can't even connect my phone to the internet. The room is very small. The comfort room is untidy there are a lot of hairs in the floor. I paid for 1 extra person and indicated to the front desk to have a 3 sets of everything in the room. When we arrived, there are only 2. I have to call the front desk to ask for 1 extra person. And they only provided 1 extra towel. No extra sleepers no extra toothbrush shampoo and soap.

Good location staff was good, true to slow payment operation at pool bar :))) takes ages to buy beer but shore we are on holidays, staff at breakfast super fast and friendly even was always busy we was staying for 8 nights with my wife. Beach over croded difficult pass with out noticing :))) Rooms definetly need some love/upgrade!

We enjoy it a lot from the staff to the pool area , food was great we had fun that you can request a song . The buffet is super delicous and staff are attentive . All good !

Very close to the beach and pool accessible for kids to swim. Our bathroom smells like a septic tank very disappointing for an expensive hotel.

Loved the pool, the cleanliness, the location, and the super friendly staff! The breakfast time (6-8) is too short and very crowded. Also, our family got food poisoning at the Seabreeze and spent 5 days with constant diarrhea. I urge the hotel to check for e-coli at the property - food and water.

The hotel arranged a shuttle service from the airport both ways. The rooms, pool, restaurants and beach front were wonderful. The staff were attentive and helpful. The modern Filipina food was delicious. we also had the buffet breakfast.

Beach front and near to everything in boracay. You can hear people talking and shouting in the hallway, much better to use soundproofing walls/ doors or can put a sign saying “Quiet Zone”; Some people really want to rest during their vacation. We paid additional for the baby crib per night but the structure of the crib is not that safe for the baby to use as it is made of steel bars and whenever baby falls inside the crib when standing, they can easily bump their head. Much better to upgrade to newer cribs/cots that are safe for babies.
