Near to beach area Nothing

Although overlooking a grungy little alley, the property was within an easy walking distance to station two beach area. Our second floor room was fairly large, and actually had a separate bedroom with two balconies. The view wasn’t much. When we arrived, apparently the property double booked our room so we had to stay in a hotel two buildings further away from the beach for our first night. They transferred our payment for that one night, but the room was very small, awkward and disappointing.

Since the price was affordable, I honestly didn’t expect much upon arrival. But aside from the place being clean and conveniently located, I have to say this is one of the most—if not the most—accommodating hotel staff I’ve encountered in Boracay. 10/10 for you guys! You truly made my 4-day solo trip in Boracay more enjoyable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very friendly owner, close to the beach, stores and restauarants Quite a lot of construction going on around the area, very wet and muddy road out front when it rained due to the construction

I want to be compensated for what happened. I asked him to return the amount and cancel the reservation, but he did not respond because the place is not ready for housing and is full of water and insects and the smell is very unpleasant. I moved to another residence and I did not benefit from this reservation because in the pictures it is completely different and the evaluation is also different from reality, so I hope to return my money I want to be compensated for what happened.
