Emerald Bay Boracay

Property is indeed near the beach, but not really front. A little bit hard to find, walking is the key. Rooms are not that of good quality. No room amenities provided. Breakfast uhmmm just okay.

We liked how the staffs were very accommodating and friendly. They even let us check in early and check out a little later than the check out time. The vacant lot in front has a foul smell.

N/A I was not satisfied with my experience because I am currently injured and having difficulty walking. Unfortunately, there were no available options below the 4th floor, and there was no elevator, which made it very difficult for me. I hope there can be more consideration and accessible arrangements in the future for people with mobility issues.

Location is close to the beach

The location is close to the beach front, just a few steps away. The hotel staff are very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Especially the front desk and dining staff. No tables, cabinets and the mirror was too small.

Near the beach Rusty railings, bathroom nasty no door for the shower

A bit of mildew smell, of course it's the tropics so what can you expect, kinda went away as soon as the A/C cooled the room

Staff are nice and strong internet connection with good AC. They now have umbrella, clothes iron and hair blower to spare for the guests. Free breakfast - soggy watery taste like hotdogs that even a kid can't eat, also rice and eggs were very salty! Prices for extra order for breakfast are insanely very high like 1pc of small pancake is 80 pesos! 250 pesos for a filipino or american breakfast LOL! I wouldn't mind paying if there's anything special to it. Worst is the creamer and sugar packets are expired!! Shower heater in our room is not working so we have to bear for the cold shower even early in the morning! For each bed there were only 2 pillows and having 4 pillows for each bed would have been nice and more comfy. I will leave my google review as well.

At first I upset BBC’s the photo of the bed that. I book is two when in actual is only one bed In I ask why at the photo I book is two bed in I come is one they answer is the photo is wrong For my opinion don’t post to Incourage customer in when actual is not same is too bad Experience

No elevator

You get, what you paid for. You can save money on your accomodation and spend more time on the beach. No sea view, the room is small and needs renovations. Windows are built in front of other windows.

Too far from the centre. We walked in the dark after going out.
