Decent place, can use a little renovation. No elevators but not so bad, they’ll help you with your luggage.

Beachfront location. The room for family size is in the 3rd floor, i was traveling with a senior.

Car can't get inside or infront of the hotel, it is a walking distance about 4 minutes. No breakfast buffet the whole entire of our stayed.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. They offer variety of food. The staff were very accommodating. The shower in our bathroom was difficult to adjust from hot to cold.

It’s accessible Their bed squeeks everytime you move. Very annoying when you’re a light sleeper. I think the resort needs a makeover. The tiles of the bathroom is so moldy, if you use the flush no water will come out from the shower. View going to our room is so dirty, we can see the clothes from the neighbor hanging. I called front office 2:00pm for a massage reservation by 5:00pm. When it was 5:10 I tried to call front office to follow up but that’s the only time they told me no therapist available. If they have informed me earlier then I could look for another one. Tone of the front office is so sarcastic in the apologies.

The included breakfast was very nice and the pool was very clean.

I paid for additional persons but the room is still the same, I thought it will have additional beds as well or change it to bigger room but they didn't. Didn't provide as well extra towels for my additional guests, the staff said he will bring but he didn't.

Beachfront, good value for the money, breakfast included with decent selection and variety, room was spacious, outdoor pool, live music at night, great dinner menu, staff were excellent! Toilet had leaks, shower wont drain properly, property looks outdated, our room was beside staff area so had lots of activity and the gate was noisy,

I like the breakfast request from the waiter. I did not like the rooms. I thought for the over 13K for a pool view side was overpriced. The Booking.com advertised the SeaView for over 13K, but when I got the hotel the front desk gave me a room with a pool view side. This third party website gave me a dismay with their misinformation; as soon as I paid for the SeaView, the Booking.com gave me a different room.

Centrally located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast menu was impressive, with a great selection of dishes. Proximity. Short walk to all popular establishments Some facilities are dated. TVs arent smart tv and it only has cable. Bathroom sink is outside the bathroom. No security deposit box. No phone to call concierge

The beach front location with just 5 minutes walking-distance away from DMall can't be beat! We arrived a day after a typhoon when the waves were still rough and ended up in the hotel's pool, which did not smell like chlorine. Other pros include great breakfast, in-room hotel massages, beach/pool towels, and free water dispensers. The beds could be better. They were too hard, but not a deal breakers.

Breakfast is good. Fresh and delicious. Location is perfect near D Mall.

The location of the hotel was very good beachfront at station 2 which is within walking distance to station 1 and other resto in station 3. The staff were courteous, their kitchen chef provided good tasting food at a reasonable price. They should improve their facilities considering the hotel is more than 20 years old; like update the tiles in the pool and repair those falling off, improve the stairs to make it safe since some already show wear and tear and it seems were eaten by termites, update their gym facilities too.

Breakfast, was wonderful. Though there are few choices for us that don't eat pork and shellfish, with abundant fruits available, it is still filling. There's a musty or earthy smell that greets us each time we come in the room. Rooms need to be updated. The toilet and shower room are to be updated and cleaned better. Room furniture needs to be updated as well. Would like to suggest using furniture that can withstand longer in a humid environment.
