Signature Boracay South Beach

Very nice view and peaceful too. Nothing much

We stayed at Signature Boracay with 5 adults and 5 kids in 2 rooms. Unfortunately, one room was still under repair, and we had to wait until 5 PM before it was ready. It would have been nice if the hotel had offered complimentary drinks or snacks while we waited, especially for the children. The hotel is clean, has a nice view, and the staff are friendly. Free drinking water is available in the corridor, and guests can bring in outside food since there is no restaurant on-site. The location is a bit inconvenient as it's far from the main road, though D'Mall is just a short walk via the beachfront path. the room delay and lack of consideration during the wait were disappointing.

The only I liked about the hotel is its location. Sorry and the staff They tried to charge you for everything. I couldn’t get a pillow without a charge. The rooms were not as advertised. Bathroom was terrible. It look like it was stuck in the 1960’s. They had no beach chair to sit out on the beach. Most locations had this to offer. And cost less. If they big money for a stay at their property. The should renovate. Will never go there again. Even with the big discount.

The cups must be changed everyday. The kit must be replenished everyday.

I like the very accommodating and friendly staff. I like the room, everything is functional. It would be better if beach towels are sufficient enough for the guests. Do not give beach towels that are really old and weary already.

We had such a great stay at Signature Boracay South Beach. As a family of four, we really appreciated how easy and comfortable everything felt from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the whole place had a calm, welcoming vibe. The location was a big win for us as it is right on the quieter side of the beach, so we could enjoy the sand without the big crowds, but still close enough to walk to the busier areas when we wanted food or activities. The rooms were clean, comfy, and had everything we needed after long days in the sun. We loved waking up to the beach right outside and ending the day with beautiful sunsets. It honestly felt like a little home away from home, just with better views. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, easy, and memorable Boracay getaway. We’d happily stay here again. Had a bit of trouble with the hot water during the first day.

Location From the entrance till the last minute it was a depressing feeling, when you enter you smell huge smell of sewage and peeing, first what we saw it was dinning area with a dog always sitting on dinning tables probably the employee's dog cause it was always there. The room is super small with a lot if ants, liggts like in prison, 1st day I wanted to take a shower the shoer handle fall down, no pricate beach view balconys in rooms only shared terrace which was not clean like everything there, water dispenser was leaking on the corridor, during rain our room ceiling was dropping water from the light bulbs and when maintenance people came say it's normal no danger and made our positions wet like documents and electronic devices in bags so you can go to beach and come back find your room an aquarium so we had to move to another hotel. We didn't see any worse hotel on beach front so highly recommend you to chose something else.

The Staff was the highlight and the location. To everyone who helped, assists with big smile everyday thank you from my whole family. Very few names i remember Glen, Jiard, Douglas and Randy(maintenance) sorry there’s more but didnt get the name Maraming Salamat til next time. Need some upgrade and renovation, the location was beautiful. Keep the same people and take care of them they made it extra special.

Nice staff,but I was confused why there's a coffee maker in the room,but coffee is only offered for 1 night?

Everything, the rooms the hotel and the staff, so lovely and friendly. Great location in Station 3 away from the hustle. Beach is so clean & quiet. Lots of eating spots close by and bars. Markets are a 15min walk.

Staff and the room. Location a bit far from restaurants but ok as exersice from and to. I had an accident from our island hopping and they did not offer first aid huhu
