All was great. That was my second time in Sundown and will definitely come back I found it extremely cheap to get charged for the nespresso coffee capsules that were in the room (didn’t ask for it) and I used them thinking it was part of the room facilities. Either remove them from the room or don’t charge at all.

The location was amazing! The views were breathtaking and the walkability to shops and restaurant was nice. Nothing. We enjoyed everything about the property.

Good room size, excellent sea view Unfortunately when i visited (and of March), the beach was disgusting, full of green algae that smell horrible Couldn’t get into the water Couldn’t walk along the beach I know its not the hotel problem, but nobody cared to clean/remove them

Beautiful room in beautiful location. The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond every day. The room was wow. Amazing balcony. Very spacious room. Absolutely lovely. The restaurant downstairs is charming. Lovely staff and great menu. The beach is stunning. Away from Stations 1 and 2.overly and quiet but you can walk to the lovely areas if you want. Groceries close by. We moved here from a sub standard hotel and were delighted we did. Definitely recommend. Nothing.

the room was very spacious and clean! the location is quiet and away from the crowds, but is still accessible. It's a half an hour walk by the beach to station 2 downtown. the beach is right outside, and is so clean and perfect. Super worth The room may be too big for the AC to power it down. It was quite warm on a few nights.

It’s located in the quiet part of the beach, which we loved. The best part about the studio was the EXCEPTIONAL balcony. We could enjoy the sunset in the comfortable chairs and waking up to the view of the sea, beach and palm trees can hardly be beat by anything. It’s located right at the beach and you don’t even need to stay on it. You can literally chill on the balcony, go for a a swim and go back to it.

Great location in a quiet area of White beach with yet a good access for the infrastructure. Personnel were super nice and really helpful. A spacious and stylish studio with a nice balcony with a view on magnificent sunsets. We were also offered welcome drinks upon arrival. The water heater is switched on by turning on the air con. Do not need the air con - no hot water.

Great location, great staff, arraignment of transfers was seamless. They were very kind and the welcome drink was a hit. It was our anniversary and they put a nice card and rose petals on the bed. Great touch! Would stay here again. They don’t accept credit cards. They were very accommodating and patient for me to do the bank transfer.
