The location was super convenient. The pool was a nice area. The staff were helpful upon request. The beds were super hard. The rooms have not been updated in ever; the AC units are so old and noisy, consequently, if you're a light sleeper then you aren't getting any sleep.

The staff is absolutely perfect and fantastic! No complaints with the staff at all! I repeat THE STAFF ARE TREMENDOUS PEOPLE AND SO KIND! The wifi is non existent, slower than dial up internet. The facilities/rooms need some renovations and repairs. Out dated and the pictures are not what you get. The breakfast is okay it just needs more variety to consider foreign cuisine. For example bacon or pancakes would be nice not always seafoods, which for me i have allergies to seafood. So it was just eggs and bread for me most of the days. Also the amount of money I paid does not accommodate for the conditions of the rooms. Needs repairs and updates. The pictures are outdated

The distance to the beach and the food at breakfast Quite old and need some change like the airconditioner.

The pool was big and the water was warm There is no microwave and kettle in the room. You have to get and refill your own water. No ice tray in the fridge. Not enough shampoo and conditioner for the entire 3 nights stay. The bathroom door has a hole that they didn’t fix.

The room is clean, staff are good, great location near the beach, the only downside is the bed is not that comfortable, a bit hard.

The location of the hotel was really great only a very short walk to the beach which made it so much easier to enjoy Boracay. The pool area was lovely and the hotel provided towels too. There was nothing that I could fault about the hotel ? Staff were so lovely and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at Boracay Holiday Resort! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the major attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of food. They were also able to accomodate us ahead of usual check in hours given that my dad is a senior citizen and wanted to rest soon as we arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boracay and will definitely stay here again
