Cleanliness and nice staff. The bathroom sink is not draining well.

Super clean, accomodating staff, all the requests are easily provided. Helpdesk is one call away. They clean room everyday, changed towels and provide essentials like dental hygiene kits, toiletries (bath soap, bath gels and conditioners, tissues). The comfort room exhaust fan stopped working on our first day. But, it is also my fault not tyrying to report this with the helpdesk.

Staff are very approachable, clean room, adequate room size. I didnt expect that the water in swimming pool was warm which was good. Im not satisfied with the shower room coz its small, wet after use and afraid that someone will fall on the floor due to slippery. The shower area was 1/4 glass and only curtain. So water can flow outside of it and makes the whole floor slippery and wet. Better to put plastic door . There is a telepone in the room but there is no directory which we can ask in service, food delivery, call in reception or call our family in the other room. Is that a display? Also in pool area, the lifeguard used only umbrella under the sun to guard the guest in pool in 31degrees Celsius. Which is not good for the employees that may cause heat stroke especially this summer season. Please put right shelter for them so the employees can work properly. Also i expect that shuttle service are free coz other hotel service is free of charge but in this facility is not. Air conditioner are always shutdown and need to operate it again but the sad part was were slept and wake up due to sweat. Its inconvenient especially if were tired of having day activities.

tv was not good, chickens in the morning (roosters) starting at 4am, restaurant breakfast was very cheap - not even milk for the coffee, no knives to spread butter on toast. Waited over 60 minutes to check in.

The family suites are fantastic. The units are huge with two bedrooms, each has large king beds, kitchen, living area. The room is cleaned everyday. It is a great place for a family stay. It is walking distance to the beach and even d'mall. The complimentary breakfast buffet is a treat as well. The rooftop pool is also a plus. There was no wifi in our rooms during our stay. Wish there are shaded areas by the pool especially during the hot hours of the day. Our rooms seem to have a moldy smell but it goes away after they freshen it up everyday.
