The food was good the staff was very kind hospitable, Curtis and helpful. Well, I was there on a honeymoon, and I asked for a bottle of complimentary champagne for the honeymoon.. They wouldn't provide it. The buffet breakfast was good, but they only had the same thing every 3 days. So we were there for almost two weeks. So we ate the same thing over and over again. But the food was good. We had the air conditioner on and after you were in the room for 10 minutes. It didn't seem like it was cold at all. I think something is wrong with the air conditioner. Because it just kept running constantly. The doors were shut. England saw the ring never got as cold as it should have.

The pools were awesome. Location was great as well - quick access to the beach. Very well kept and clean resort.

Close to the beach about 7-10 mins walk. Great breakfast and they change the main dish every day so that's a huge plus. Slight surprise actually but not a huge deal, the TV maybe could have been a smart tv?

Such a disappointing hidden cost. We already paid in full online, but the hotel still charged us extra for one person at check-in. It’s a bit unfair to spring unexpected fees on guests when they’ve already budgeted for their stay.

I like the amenities. But I just hope they also told us upon check in that we can borrow banigs and we can have access om the beach benches by the coast, i wasnt told about it from the staffs until a friend told me. I dont like how it has no beach access

That staff especially Katy from the front desk and Marty from the breakfast place were so accommodating and helpful. 5-7 min walk to the beach
