Staff are really accomodating and professionals. They will tend to your concern ASAP. The place smells good. Love the lime juice. ?? We found a cockroach inside our room. Telephone not working.

Very friendly staff always willing to help. Location was good close to the beach but far enough away not be be bothered with the noisy nightlife. Rooms were cleaned for arrival. No daily housekeeping. They did clean one of the rooms I booked but this had to be requested.

Location was really great. Clean and comfortable beds. Overall everything was good as expected but they try to charge you for any additional or even for a glass which got broke by accident.

Room and bed size was perfect for our family. Staff were all kind and accommodating. Location is near the beach, just less than 5 mins walk. The pool at the roof top had an amazing view and we enjoyed having our drinks at night by the pool. Nothing

accessible to e-trike -not senior citizen friendly, the elevator is located in the 3rd flr. -the restroom in the dining area is so dirty and has no water. -I requested for a room service but it was not done, the receptionist told me that the housekeeping is under staff

Cleanliness and staff were good The breakfast hall can't accommodate all guest. Not big enough. When we were going for breakfast the guy incharge in the door told us to come back after an hour because it's full. So we decided to take breakfast somewhere else. It's bad that we were not able to avail our breakfast.

Stay here if you are in Boracay - an excellent value for money, lovely staff, very clean and the rooftop pool was a real treat! Excellent Wifi, great bar service on rooftop and so close to everything.

The view and the room were wonderful except there was no hot water For the first two days and nights of a 3 day stay there was not hot water which was a major factor in renting any high end hotel.

The Hotel close to everything, not on the white beach but a 5min walk away. Pool area is nice.
