Staff very friendly! Appreciate the fan since no AC
-
Far away from city center, they asked me to pay 90 euros so I don't steal anything and I didnt get the money back even 1 month after. They said they already sent me the money but from the bank I don't see anything
-
It was very quiet but easy to get to Only thing is to make sure it states in booking.com about the £90 security deposit before booking. I had checked previously as my other accommodation required it.

In the bathroom, the sink was clogged, the water wouldn't drain. So I asked the reception to fix it, but nothing was done about it. Also there was a small amount of shampoo&body gel, with a questionable expiration date. The fan was dirty - covered in dust (before using had to clean it). The dishes (the pots were dirty from previous guests). There was also a coffee machine, but there were no tablets to use, as well as tea bags, sugar (standard things, the presence of which makes staying in the hotel more comfortable).

No ice. Dusty not paved surrounding.

Clean and all you need for a short stay
-
No AC and no washing machine- but at least we knew from the moment we booked our stay. Supermarkets are kind of far if you are using public transport. The tram stop Stalingrad is 25-30 mins away on foot, not 13 mins away like on the map/ hotel page. The closet door to the clothes shelves only opens partially if you keep the nearby desk in its initial position between closet and bed (you'd have to move the desk much closer to the bed to fully open the closet) . To hang more clothes in the hanger area you have to pull the heavy, tall fan out of the closet. There was a strong smell of dentist office-style disinfectant in the closet, seemingly coming from the fan stored there, not very pleasant in the morning when you look for the day's clothes.

Good location, good accessibility without car. Quiet neighborhood Some stains in joints within the shower/bath. Key mechanism not always working.

A good breakfast selection

Price. I was not aware there is a 90 euro deposit. 16 days after checkout my money are still blocked. I was not aware there is a 90 euro deposit. 16 days after checkout my money are still blocked. If they were transparent, they would mention it BEFORE booking. There was a piece of clothing in the room that did not belong to me, not sure it was there from the start. They never take out the trash, five days straight. Neither they tell you where to take the trash. Dust all over the place, no cleaning for 5 days. Far from touristic objectives. Crazy neighbours banging wall, yelling like desperate for no reason after 10 pm.

Very clean and close to the city for a great price
-
The price is so good, the room was so clean and the staff are so friendly The fire alarm that kept ringing for many days for no reason.
-
No restaurants close by
-
During my two-day stay, the fire alarm went off three times, including once in the middle of the night.
-
Not a dislike, the breakfast had to be prebooked and is limited. Not complaining, cos I love the fact that it's minimal waste.
-
The suite is very comfortable and newly finished . The majority of the staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast offered is expensive and is mostly yogurt, plain croissants or other bread and coffee. There was zero housekeeping service offered for the 4 days we stayed. You only get 2 skimpy bath towels for the entire time. There's no AC for summer. The bathroom fan never worked. The location is quite a distance from the center of Bordeaux and is an expensive Uber ride. Buses are great but limited in the later evenings.
-
Breakfast was good for the price. Location a bit far out of Bordeaux city. Had to take a taxi. Not very easy to find location.
-
9 euro for breakfast was not reasonable
-
Clean, breakfast is good. A little bit far from the old town. Not a walking distance. To go to old town, uber or taxi needed. May be good choice if you have a car.

No A/C, just a fan in the room which during the heatwave it wasn’t enough. The design of the room and the bathroom isn’t very practical. Also we had to clean the kitchenette and take out the trash in a specific room in the hotel where the smell was disgusting.
