You have everything you need and clean. No towels, but we took some from home. It's a long distance away from the city center. But you have to understand that you're paying what you're paying. If you prefer sth nearer the town, just book a place over there.

Nothing. The AC had been broken down for days, and in the middle of a heat wave in summer, the property did not dare to reach out and tell us until we arrived for check in. They then offered us a hotel way out of town. I tried to get a refund, but they would give us no written reciept they would process. Having no other options to stay for that night, we stayed. Terrible decision. We could open the window, but it faced right to the street, and was not safe, nor did the air circulate properly. The room was dirty. The next morning we said we would not be staying a second night, and that we wanted a refund for that night. The lady said fine, that she would send a note. When finally requesting a refund, they declined... The propery purpusefully withheld information about the AC not working, eventhough advertised, they are committing misleading commercial practices (pratiques commerciales trompeuses). Under the French Consumer Code, advertising a crucial amenity that is broken, turned off, or non-existent is illegal.

Location Shared toilets. When trying to go to the toilet, massive brown lump. Lost all the need I had. The lady at the reception was clueless and barely spoke any other language apart from French.

The staff was very welcome at the desk. We have stayed at this location before and knew exactly what to expect. However, I felt that the place was dirty especially the toilets. The air con was not working which we were warned on arrival but the loose wires from the unit were just on show. The fire doors had to stay open due to the building being so hot. You could hear the noise from outside and unfortunately we had people screaming which made the night very uncomfortable.

Price I guess Probably the worst place i have stayed at for the following reasons: 1. The hotel is far af from everywhere, to get to the centre the quickest way is to take a bus and walk 20 minutes; 2. To shower you need to rent towels and pay extra; 3. The shared toilets and the showers are not too clean and can smell; 4. The staff is generally nice but careless - i left my jacket at the place and tried calling them and emailing them multiple times they just ignored my request; 5. The rooms are small and ugly; 6. When we stayed, one day the ac just broke; 7. The sink was clogged; 8. No restaurants, supermarkets or shops in the nearest 30 minutes.

Great value for the money. Little bit far away from the city center.

Good value for money with everything as advertised. The showers were good The toilets could have been cleaner, with the fan/ac in the room being temperamental

Airconditioning, calm room for relaxation. I stayed an extra night just to relax the whole day and recover my strength there after two days of travel over land and two more to go. I was at home in that room. Checkout at 12 is good. Decent price It's a bit hard to reach by foot, I had to drag my heavy bags far over the rough stone ground in very warm weather. It's a bit isolated.
