We stayed in a junior suite. The room was large and clean, bed was comfortable and there were great selections at breakfast. Perfect!!

Overnight stay after arriving at the nearby Flexibus Gare Routière. Also near to the Gare St Jean. All facilities were of a standard expected at a Hilton hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Took the Continental Breakfast option which was very good. Extensive riverside promenade enabling an easy, enjoyable twenty minute walk to the historic city centre. No issues.

Our room wasn't ready till c.3.45pm. We arrived, with 2 friends, before 3pm, because we used the bus instead of the train to travel to Bordeaux, because of the rail strike. Our friends' room was ready before 3pm but we waited about an hour without anybody updating us about progress of 'our' room - except when I asked, and they then said it was "not ready yet". Our friends were waiting for us, so we were then assigned a different room than originally because the one assigned to us was still not ready. Why was that not done earlier? We were, understandably, tired and thirsty, but we had to pay for a coffee in the bar while we waited during this hour. We felt we should have been offered/given a free ( complimentary) coffee or tea while we sat waiting in the foyer/ bar.

Good location near station and river, accessible by public transport to go to center. Newly built and clean. Spacious rooms. Typical Hilton business hotel. Quiet neighborhood.

As always Hilton good size room. Nice and clean. He staff very very friendly and really good attention. First thing the area/location was not the best and during the night I don’t recommend going out late. The second the parking was not enough for the hotel capacity and I had to park at public parking two blocks away from the hotel then walk back to the hotel.

Carpet needs cleaning. Location convenient to train station, but a bit far from Bordeaux center to walk, bus required.

Not parking spot available. It was one of our main requirements as we were traveling with a lot of luggage that needed to stay in the car overnight. They informed about the unavailability once there reservation is done and cannot be cancel.
