Excellent location, opposite Gare St Jean. Convenient for trams. Nice interior decor and a lovely courtyard garden. Great breakfast. When we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful but we did have a problem when we tried to contact the hotel before our arrival. - We needed to modify our booking because of a train cancellation and we could not get a response from the hotel staff. The shower door was broken.

Convenient location for the Station. Flexible check in and free breakfast. Useful to be able to store bags after check out. Very strong smell of smoke in hallways. Room was non smoking but smell of smoke still got through. Several fixtures in room not working including bedside light.

The hotel was cute and quirky and it was ideally located near Gare Saint Jean and the tram stop, so getting around was easy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The aircon was much appreciated in the 41° heat! The room was so tiny that there was barely enough room for our cases and we certainly couldn’t leave them open. I had also missed the bit about there being no lift, although the girl checking us in did carry my daughter’s extremely heavy case up to the room for her! Also, there were signs of wear and tear in the room, for example the veneer on the vanity unit in the ensuite was peeling and there were scratches and marks on the wall behind the bed.

Have stayed before - staff are incredibly welcoming, the location is fantastic for walking into town, yet being right next to the station for ease - especially if you have to get to the airport. The rooms are fairly spacious, uncluttered, clean, comfy and well decorated. The breakfast is delicious if you chose that option. My partner and I hope to be back in the near future.

Great location and quiet even with a room facing the station. Air conditioning did a great job against the 35 degree weather. Was able to store our luggage easily.

The location No elevator and I was on the third floor, the key didn’t work and needed to go down to inform. The staff changed the room to the first floor.
