The property is clean. There is luggage storage if you are early for check in. So you can explore the city comfortably while waiting for your room. Maybe the water pressure in their shower can use a little bit more pressure.

The property is close to the train station and tram stop. There are a few okay restaurants around down stairs. The rooms are very very small. I don’t think a “bigger” person could fit in the bathroom and shower.

Close to train and tram... breakfast was good... staff was friendly and helpful... facilities were clean overall... when A/C failed, we were given a portable fan... we decided to move to another hotel in the city center for the second night we stayed in Bordeaux...it was much nicer at the Best Western... Rooms were very small and cramped... A/C did not work well... bathroom tiny...

Location is brilliant, right by the main terminal for trams and buses. Good aircon. My 5th time staying here. Lovely restaurants close my. Breakfast area needs better aircon, which is a shame as we would have had breakfast there more than once.
