Quality Aparthotel Bordeaux Saint-Jean

The rooms are spacious and clean despite quite a few flies and mosquitoes flying around. There is no air conditioning inside the apartments except the reception area and the dining room.

Location is quite good and parking is available close by for a fee. The Apartment was very hot with no air conditioning and very basic furniture. Not as displayed in the photos. We did manage to get a fan which helped however Reception staff were away from the desk a lot if you needed to ask questions and the only person we could find to ask for a fan hardly spoke any English! Having to go an empty your garbage before leaving should not be required as that is what cleaners are paid to do!

Senior mom traveling with adult son, and it was a perfect setup for us. Excellent communication from the hotel before our arrival, and exactly as described. We arrived by train, and it was an 8-10 minute easy walk. There is a grocery store right at the train station exit to grab some provisions if needed. Obviously a new facility, so they still have a few minor issues to address - e.g. they ask you to do your dishes and take out your garbage on departure, but don’t tell you what to do with it. And very good kitchenette setup with appliances such as kettle and Nespresso machine, but no coffee pods provided, and no tea towels. Nice balcony off the living room area, but no furniture.

Staff was excellent and generous with the water and assistance ... super comfortable bed with ample linens, great space in the apartment. Location was a bit away from the center but a good walk. location.

Nice tidy clean apartment. Breakfast is good and a bit more than other places bike storage available. Staff very helpful It’s in an area that is clearly being updated, but is still a little rough around the edges. Could feel a bit uncomfortable if walking from the station

It was a bit sterile, it felt like a hospital rather than a hotel but at least it was clean. They provided a coffee pod machine but not coffee which wasnt very useful unless you are local and travelling with your own pods in that brand. Bit of a walk to town

New, big, comfortable and quiet. Out of the way, mostly a Monday to Friday neighborhood, lots of food places closed for the weekend. Just close enough to the train station that taxis refused to service it, but slightly too far away to walk. Breakfast not worth the price.

The neighborhood is nothing to write home about, but we felt safe there, and it offered off-street parking.

Our family of three stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The rooms were bright and just the right size, and the chairs were made of an easy-to-clean material rather than fabric, which gave a nice clean feeling. The towels were also fresh and felt safe to use.

Clean. Elevator. Quite. Safe. A moderate walk to the nearest tram. Bus route appears to be nearby although not utilized.

Located near the train station. Clean spacious suite. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It was difficult to understand the procedures for entering the building. Furnishings were sparse but adequate.

Really delightful staff, super smiley and helpful. The location could have been a fraction closer to the centre, but it's a walk or very short taxi ride to all the action.

The family room was perfect for us, offering two spacious rooms and plenty of comfort. The hotel was easy to find, and the check-in process was straightforward. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having a reserved parking space (for an additional cost) was a great convenience. The small kitchenette was well stocked with everything needed for a short stay. Overall, it offered excellent value for money. It is 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre and the tram line was not working while we were there. Not a problem for us as we don't mind walking (along the river), but it could be an issue with some people.

The apartment was lovely with a spacious balcony. It was spotless with lovely bed linen. There was also secure storage for my bike. It was close to restaurants. Would totally recommend. Exceptional rates for night. Was sorry I was only staying for one night. There wasn't anything I didn't like
